Westbrook is a dumbass, Durant is the better player. Westbrook lost the game for them

True, we will see if Westbrook learns from basically embarrassing himself because he has been called out. He is too talented to let this happen again but you never know .

Damn that is interesting if true especially considering OKC was playing the best basketball in the Western Conference to end the season.

It's games like this that make me think that although OKC is good, they can't beat the Lakers in a 7-game series. They need too much to go perfect for it to happen.

I thought Webber described it pretty well by saying Westbrook played an "I'm gonna get mine" game tonight. Whereas points like Chris Paul or Steve Nash can just play into a triple-double, Westbrook tried to force the issue. He didn't make his team better tonight, which makes me wonder if he can pick them up when they're down.

I think everyone has those types of games and I think he will be better for it and so will the team, but only if he learns from it. Otherwise he will risk alienating his teammates and pissing KD off.

Westbrook seriously has trouble with decision making, many times not only did he take bad shots but then complains about calls instead of getting back on defense leading to mixed rotations and transitions 3's for the nuggets which is the only way they can win.

He is an explosive player but needs to be more selective of picking his spots instead of trying to attack every time. Numerous times he missed open team mates from who kicked out to him and he should have just made the easy play and swung the ball.

Ultimately Thunder will still win this series but OKC can do real damage if Westbrook just plays a little more unselfishly.

Well if there are some ego problems, I think the Rockets would gladly take either Durant or Westbrook off of their hands ;).

    Lowry for Westbrook? Yes please!

You can't be a point guard and take 30 shots... it is silly. Especially when your best player takes 18

Oddly enough, I had the opposite reaction. The thunder played like crap for most of the game, yet were in it at the end vs. a team that finally started hitting their outside shots for the first time since the first quarter of game 1.

If Lowry shows he can sustain his play from last the last month of the season next year I wouldnt trade do this trade... maybe if they give us Ibaka and we give them Hill and a Pick

Yeah, because 21 year old players on rookie contracts that start only half the season, yet lead the league in total blocks are often thrown into deals.

anyways, westbrook won them game 1. people need to relax.

and at PGs shooting 30 times? have you seen derrick rose? a lot of today's PGs are shoot-first PG.

derrick rose is the best scorer on the bulls so it makes sense for him to take the most shots. if anybody should be taking 30 shots on the thunder, its durant.

I know I criticized Westbrook last night but I think it is debatable as far as who is the best player on the thunder between him and Durant.

Last night I just felt like some of his decisions were questionable. Then again on the 3 pt attempt I criticized him on taking over Gallo you can also blame Durant for giving the ball up when Felton was on him. Maybe he expected the ball to come back to him but I can see Westbrook saying hell since you're not going to take the shot I'm just going to do it.

Sure as hell wasn't like that in the 1st round of the playoffs last year.
