    Chuck Hayes

    I dont think the league sees how good he is, obviously not superstar, but he he clearly has star-potential, he has talent for the all-star game, but I dont think he will get in, because people wants to see flashy players in that game.

    I remember Ben Wallace in Orlando . . .he was a steal in a trade for . .. I forget who . . .they treated him like a throw in.

    Yes, I definitely see the parallels between Chuck Hayes and Ben Wallace's careers.

    Hayes has been around a while now though, but Big Ben may have taken a few seasons to be come the monster he became in detroit. I'm guessing from memory about 4 or 5 seasons to become a perrenial DPOY. Hayes is around that territory now in terms of breaking out.

    Hasheem.

    wait what Hasheem? If Hasheem can play 24 minutes a game it would be a massive success.

    If Hayes had Wallace's height (lol) and wingspan he would be a contender for DPOY already; he doesn't.

    You believe Patrick Patterson can be a star, and I agree with you.

    =====================
    From this point on I'm not trying to be catty with you, just so you know.
    =====================

    This is not an either/or situation. Wherever Patterson goes, as long as he gets minutes, he will become a star. The NBA will know his name moreso than the way they currently know Carl Landry's name. ALSO, selling high is not a bad thing, and if it landed the Rockets an important player it would not spell the end for Patrick Patterson's career if he were part of the exchange.

    I foresee Scola being traded before Patterson.

    Brook Lopez was on track to becoming the 2nd best center in the league. No clue what happened.

    Kyle Lowry.

    Not superstar, but there is all-star potential. Just needs to keep building on this season and not take a step back.

    There's a couple that stand out to me. Some may not be a superstar but surely a star.

    Serge Ibaka - The dude reminds me of a taller, stronger, more defensive-minded Carl Landry as far as passion goes. He will improve his scoring to about 15-19 ppg and eventually win DPOY in this league.

    Derrick Favors - Incredibly athletic and I think was not in a good situation in New Jersey. I think Utah will try and develop him and he will have a MUCH better season next season. Plus the dude is only 19!

    DeMarcus Cousins - Strong, athletic, no-BS attitude and talented. He will be a force in this league. I see him as being a franchise player and someone who will lead a team opposed to just being the best player on his team. He WILL turn his attitude into one of his positives.

    S. Curry - One of the purest three point shooters in the game. Can handle the ball, pass with accuracy and is very smart. He needs to get out of GS and play for a team that could turn that into something positive. I don't think he will be a franchise player, but someone who as he gets past his prime and is making less will win a couple championships playing second scoring option.

    John Wall and Blake Griffin - Duh...

    Evan Turner - Don't sleep on the guy. He is still someone who has potential to be a star.

    Don't know if Westbrook is considered a superstar, but he is superstar talent.

    I do believe Ppatt has a high chance to be an All-Star, just not the best player of a championship team.

    A couple players who will be stand-out talents but not superstar:
    Holiday with the Sixers
    Jennings with the Bucks
    Wesley with Minny
    Kevin Love with Minny (beastly numbers but not a person to carry a team)
    McGee with Washington (would love to have him here despite the IQ)
    Jordan with the Clippers
    Eric B. with the Clippers (could go either way)
    DeRozen (although I do think he will average over 25 next year and play good defense.)

    A couple of players that have potential to be an all star or superstar but will never reach their potential:
    Anthony Randolph
    Terrence Williams (although I am still willing to take a change on him)
    Wilson Chandler
    Johnny Flynn
