    Yeah, I couldn't believe that. The word "hair" would have actually fit in with the letters showing. I wouldn't have given her that one.

    Do you have to pay tax on your winnings right away (like at the studio)? Or do they just give you a check and you walk away?

    I would imagine they leave it up to you to declare as income? Maybe Wheel of Fortune submits records of prize winners to the IRS though?

    I know a cat who won $1.2 million bucks on Jeopardy! My team and I play trivia against his team every week here in Austin, so I know him pretty well. He's damned good, I can tell you, but we beat him from time to time. Have to confess that I never watch Wheel of Fortune, but kudos to the OP for getting on there.
