yea, no one deserves something like this, regardless of their orientation, color, or gender. I don't care what kind of ****ing coward you are or how much it conflicts with your ideals, but torturing someone like that is sickening and should be punished like any other.
yea there just was not any justification for it. Even if the guy was in the wrong, even if he/she said a racial slur, I don't care what happened, it was a one sided attack. If you are fighting words, then fight back with words or be a bigger person. The attackers here are just pure animals and belong in jail, they really do, it is just sickening. I feel bad for anyone who sides or justifies their actions and hope that you don't have children or anyone that looks to your for advice really
Someone said it was a fake seizure. But anyway. no one is justifying the level of the beating but A dude in the Girls bathroom has to have some repercussions. He doesn't go into the women's bathroom . .. this event does not happen. I will say this though . . . my lil girl comes out of a bathroom and says "Daddy, there is a Man in the bathroom." I might be ready to fight. I won't say I will give the beating he got here. . . but I WOULD WANT HIM ARRESTED and put in JAIL OR PRISON! Here is another thing . . . On this very website .. . often it is celebrated when 'criminals' or 'criminal elements' get beaten for their activities [see the chick acting a fool on the bus getting beaten or the guy getting beaten by the old beard man] so . . . let's not act like we don't celebrate criminal getting a beating around here. . . . I don't understand why the two black women were so angry. Seriously, they were out to end his/her life there with repeated head stomps and kicks, even went as far as trying to drag her to the parking lot to beat her even more.
Of course, thats what I just said. The post I replied to said that Transexuals prefer men and I said that that is not always the case. You are correct, according to the law..if the operation is a complete one then legally they are female (not biologically however......)
Let's say he had surgery to remove his penis...yet he still looks "manly" enough for people to think/know he's transexual...do you honestly think females like this would have said, "oh, no penis, well then go on ahead an use the restroom, no problem". They would have done the same thing, definitely would have still happened...im not sure where you want them to go to the bathroom. There's always going to be someone who has a problem, regardless of what bathroom they are in. Just because you think something is criminal doesn't mean it is. Boys go into female restrooms. Guys who can't hold it go into female restrooms and vice versa. Are they criminals? No, they just want to go to the bathroom. There's no intent to rape anyone. Not the same as some man going in looking for azz. A lesbian could be in there and be as much of a threat to another woman...its just something to be careful about regardless of who's in there. Parents should be escorting their kids to the restroom...if you're an adult,then you just have to keep an eye out for everything, just like you would walking out to your car.
Are you a dumbass? He was born with a dick and that makes him a man? Transexual is defined as someone who has undergone a sex change. Sex change as in that human is now a FEMALE. Therefore, she has the right to use the women's bathroom. And, even if you believe that she does not have the right to use the bathroom, that doesn't warrant such a harsh beating. And to those of you talking about blacks being discriminated. Back when the nation was segregated blacks argued that everyone had equal rights no matter what they looked like. The women discriminated against that woman because she had undergone a gender change. This CAN be compared to the blacks civil right movement, this has nothing to do with gay activists. Prejudice against someone is completely different from the brutal beating that was in that video. When blacks were discriminated against they were beat like that too. This was very comparable to that. I think that's a big problem in today's society. Blacks claim that they are being racially discriminated against when really, it's the other way around.
Okay, lets clarify a few things here: 1) These 2 "black" women do not represented every single person of African descent on the planet. Stop generalizing us. This isn't about blacks, whites or whoever.....so stop that nonsense 2) The fundamental difference between a male and a female is not our outward appearance or our genitals it is in our chromosomes. If you have a "Y" chromosome, you are MALE.....period! No operation can change this fact. So, realistically speaking, this person was not a woman......no matter how much they might desire to be that. (Of course this is no reason to beat them) 3) This situation has some very general things in common with the African-American Civil Rights movement.....if you stretch it I suppose. The Civil Rights Movement was a response to discrimination and violence. This situation was an act of discrimination and violence.
I'm been to ghettos in 3 different nations...and all were very distinct. I doubt there is such a thing as a "ghetto culture" that is all encompassing.
