Some guys are bisexual. Gays are allowed in men's restrooms. The victim identifies herself as a woman. She should use the women's restroom.
I would not fear the Men's restroom. but . . .i cannot really relate to the situation. Considering he was dressed as a woman . . being in the men's room would have . .. uhm . . .demonstrated his preferences i guess and opened him up too the issue you are concerned with but dressing like a woman was a choice he made. I am more comfortable in old sweats and wifebeaters doesn't mean I wear them in public. if you're a woman and don't want to be in there at the same time, then i think you should just wait outside for them to finish....if your a transexual and are worried about a possible confrontation, then let a manager know so they can close off the restroom for a sec while you go. i think that's the only realistic solution here. I dont see a third bathroom happening.
