This is my final contribution to this thread http://www.pwsnt.com/ Just, wow. I fear for this country.
So your argument is racism exists, therefore all your views are correct? Picture is racist doesn't mean Obama is always right. If you guys have such a hard on for racism go to 4 chan.
yeah right, I keep hearing this, but it simply is not true. Clutch is well known to be on the right Jeff is equally well-known to be on the left DrOfDunk has no political affiliations that I know of, iirc he thinks politics are stupid. I have no political affiliation unless you count not having any faith whatsoever in any of the moron politicians to do what is right for the people of this country as a political philosophy. Now, considering what I just said about the four most active mods, just how in the bloody hell does that equal "a board run by libs"? Answer...It doesnt. If thats the best argument you have, maybe you should not even bother. EDIT: HOLY MOLY! are you seriously whining about me reminding others to report that troll? and yes, that was trolling...sorry if you think it passes for legitimate political debate, but even in this cesspool, rtsy's conduct was unacceptable. and ftr Mr poor put-upon conservative, the guy who gave rtsy a permaban is a conservative....did I just blow your mind?
You are a total liberal. It seems conservatives get banned more often than liberals but that is probably because they cannot control themselves after getting dog piled by the majority of liberals here. Not really moderators fault.
I hate to play devil's advocate in this thread-especially after all this hellish behavior--but I do feel just the tiniest bit sorry for conservatives on this topic. There's nothing more American, or human perhaps, than criticizing whoever's in charge, whether justified or not; however, when it comes to Obama, critics must tread carefully and be very selective with their words. During the Bush years, we could spit out whatever random insult popped into our heads... Well, I didn't really since it's not my style, but nonetheless, criticizing the president with insulting caricatures and animalistic comparisons is usually fair game. Though now, some effort has to be made to avoid a minefield of racist connotations. I suppose one could look at it as payback for the centuries of black oppression... Then again, while there's certainly some sympathy for those trying to walk a fine line, I think it's fair to say that a significant percentage (i.e. 50%. That's an exact figure btw, heh) of conservatives are gladly jumping over that line and wallowing in their racist filth. Screw those guys.
this still holds true.. but they weren't insulting his stupidity or lack of intelligence or lack of ability or nuttery or policies or his capabilities but his being an American citizen.. so it's obvious that the caricatures and animalistic comparisons are on the context of his race/physical appearance..
