    regardless of that play, this loss wasn't on him at all. he played at a super-duper-star level in this game. his teammates blew it.

    Let's not take credit away from Melo for draining all those shots tonight. I also think when the Celtics get Shaq back they will be able to beat the heat. ;)

    the loss wasn't on him but he clearly had responsibility for the runner. He was probably on him because they thought boston would go elsewhere with the ball.

    Maybe he wasn't "suppose" to be the one chasing him, but he was the one who was closest. No point in guarding the pass when rondo is free to run backwards untouched, if that's what he was trying to do.

    well he did put them up by one when the play broke down...im not sure why you just dont isolate Melo in that situation. KG was there to get the deflection.
