Cause Dwight, Kobe, and DeAndre are playing in the NBA , not the D-League.

For Deandre to come to the Rox these things have to happen:

    1. He has to want Rockets (good chance he does).
    2. Rockets have to want him (??????).
    3. The money has to be acceptable to both parties (???????).
    4. The Clippers have to be willing to S&T him to us and agree to the trade terms.
    5. We have to be willing to give the Clippers what they want in a S&T.

IF 1-3 are there, Deandre does have leverage with the Clips. He can simply tell them he is going to sign the one-year tender and jump next year if they don't S&T him to the Rox this offseason.

Perhaps there is a 3-way trade that could materialize here. We send Scola/Hill/ to Indiana, Indy sends Hibbert to Clips, Posey to us. Clips S&T Jordan to us using some portion of the Battier exception. Or we could send them Thabeet and a a future draft pick. Or we could send Miller home to Indy with Scola, Indiana moves out Hibbert to Clips, Posey to us, and Dahntay Jones to either here or Clips. Indy gives us their 13 pick for Orlando's 23 for the upgrade of Scola.

Clips incentive....get Hibbert cheap to play alongside Griffin instead of losing Jordan for nothing or overpaying for him. We give them their second rounder back.

Indy's incentive....Hibbert was up and down last season, mostly down, they may want off of him and bring in Barac to replace him and get an upgrade at the 4 to boot.

Our incentive, get a 7 foot big that can defend at a reasonable contract, and the 13th pick to go with the 14th pick, to either move up in the draft or pull another trade for a big time SF.

Jordan training with Hakeem is an interesting tidbit.

Wouldn't it be interesting if somehow we could draft that Biyomba kid and get Hakeem to work with him while he's here???? Now, I'd really like to see that.

Great breakdown. 90% of the posters on here focus on #2 without considering 1, 3, 4, and 5. 90% of those posters believe transactions in NBA2K is an accurate reflection of how it is to be a GM.

The last person I remember working out with Hakeem
.. Was hasheem... And I can remember him posting up a short video of wanting chris bosh to come to Houston! He's definitely supporting us and hopefully the rumor is true that Dj wants to come home.

If everything works out.. I believe this is our next center within the next year

I think Hasheem has worked out with Dream before.
Apparently he needs much more work.

There may be a recruiting pitch thrown in here. Plus Dream will be able to provide us with a solid scouting report.
