Chuck Hayes Defensive Player of The Year, 2 first place votes, 12th overall!

The only other player in the league, apart from Dwight ( soon to be in Houston I pray ) Howard, to recieve more than 1 first place ( 5 point )votes.

It is nice to see Chuck getting some recognition for the defensive effort that he put forth this season.

Some of the players listed above The Chuckwagon, IMO, aren't anywhere near the solid defensive presence that Chuckwagon was, especially the fact that he was guarding other players that were 4" taller than him most nights.

    Well done Chuck.

Come on Clutchfans Show some Love to the Chuckwagon!

It makes it seem as if chuck hayes was the defensive player of the year, despite the 12th overall in the title.
