    Hopefully it's someone with proven records to bring teams back from mediocrity, but also knows how to work with veterans.

    My money is on Larry Brown or Dunleavy. :eek:

    kinda like the Rockets didn't struggle to keep JVG's Defense for the first 2 years?

    This is going to go down as one of the worst moves the Rockets have EVER made. I am NOT a happy Rockets fan today.

    Unless this turns out to be Rick's decision, but it looks to be from an outside observer's perspective to be forcing him out.

    Maybe they'll hire Sloan?

    He is barely 28 and is worth every penny. I still say we're not in rebuilding mode. Re-sign Hayes and get a legitimate big.

    And the downward spiral of Houston sports continues......I really don't know what to say about this. All I know are results, and based on what Adelman has gotten out of this mediocre group the last two seasons, I think he did a fantastic job while he was here. I hope to God this was HIS decision, and not Les and Morey trying to cut costs while boosting egos. The offense he installed here, along with the bulldog attitude will hopefully go a long way in developing guys like Lowry and Patterson.

    And if we bring in Mike "Just give it to LeBron" Brown, I'm gonna go ballistic.

    Initial thought is dissapointment.

    Some hope that there is a master plan in the works here.

    The guy did a great job with what he had and judging from his comments from the end of the season he seemed pretty content. Thanks for a few great seasons RA. I hope this was mutual because there was absolutely no reason to show you the door.

    I'm starting to sense that we will definitly see Scola or Martin traded on draft day.
