Too bad now a days CP3 doesn't give those elite performances "any day". I would take a CP3 of 2 years ago over anybody in the league right now.
Huh? I literally don't understand what you're saying. The two possible interpretations I have are: 1. Chris Paul is a better defender than Dwight Howard. 2. The guys around Howard are just at defense as those around Paul. Both are absolutely r****ded. Not to mention, the Magic are a better team.
He was saying that if you have a defensive team based around Paul you are better off bc Paul will generate more offense than Howard will.
The Kobe fans. They need all the excuses in the world after what Kobe did against the Celtics in 08 and in G7 last year. Just pathetic
And? Maybe I'm tired, but I just think it's a weird statement to make, as well, there isn't a defensive team based around Howard, and the idea that you build around different stars in different ways is from my perspective saying the sky is blue.
I've known that Chris Paul is a great player for many years but I never knew he was this great. Watching the game today made me appreciate just how much he means to his team and how much better he is at his position than everybody else in the league. He is the best point guard in the league hands down. Don't give me this bull**** "but Rajon Rondo has a championship". That's like all the idiots that say "but Tom Brady has more championships than Peyton Manning".
you should have seen him 2 years ago + his series vs dallas. this type of performance happens quite frequently for him. hopefully this is a start that he's back to the "old" chris paul, who was a top 3 player.
Forget Rondo. Derrick Rose is the best PG in the NBA right now. When he wins the MVP award that will be proof.
Rondo never should have been in the discussion this season regarding best PG. He's just too limited offensively.
I see it more like this. Kobe > Jack (or Hornet X) Pau > Landry (or Hornet X) Bynum (push) Okafor Artest > Bellineli (or Hornet X) But 58-yr-old Fisher <<<<<<<<<<<<<<< CP3 That was just pathetic to watch.
It's funny that it takes the playoffs for people to remember how great Chris Paul is. He's had an off year but this guy can do it all.
It's alright to say Landry and Battier are repping the Rockets, but Rockets fans couldn't get rid of Ariza fast enough. We have no claim to whatever good or bad performance he has.
