WWW !!! dude it is such a great day. I also got this opportunity to invest in some sweet property in Arizona. Right on the freaking Pacific Ocean!
How many runs will the bullpen give up tonight? WWLW...NO faith in Figgy at this point along with going against Latos, could get ugly.
WWLW And with this bad start, Figueroa will seal the fate of Lyles coming up to take his spot as soon as it makes sense financially. Unless rules have changed in the last few years, that really should be right around the beginning of May
I understand we don't have anyone to push el caballo from the lineup but does he have to hit cleanup with his .600 OPS?
Astros drew 20,045 tonight, their second-smallest ever at MMP. In this first week, they've drawn their second- and third-smallest ever
Well at least Melancon didn't cost us the inning with the gamble from Mills. Instead Bourn wiffs on ball 4, lol.
HELL of a job by Melancon!!! Got a raw deal that inning with the Q's error but worked his way out of it nicely. He'll be closing by August, if not sooner. Melancon will be closing soon and Downs will the utility guy once Kepp is dealt and MIGHT be the starter at 2nd by years end.
VERY good win, Stros looking more and more like what we expected...4-4 since the 0-5 start with good starting pitching. I sure hope we aren't seeing Pedro Feliz/Preston Wilson version 2.0 in Bill Hall but I could see it coming a mile away. Hall would have been a great addition if he had been used as a super utility guy but making him the everyday 2nd baseman was just foolish.
