some on here actually thought rondo was the best PG in the L; they ought to get slapped.

 

To be fair Rondo has been in a slump since the all-star break. He was playing much better earlier in the season. I don't know whether it's physical or mental but he's not right.

2 of those Boston losses were in their first 10 games. The third, a 3 point loss, was in Feb when the Celtics had Perkins and the Heat didn't have Bibby. In case you didn't realize, some teams get better as the year goes on and some get worse. Boston is playing like crap right now.

They lost to the Bulls by 3, 3 and 1. Mike Bibby didn't play in any of those games. And others have already highlighted how they choked away 2 of those games.

They are 2-2 with Orlando, although Bibby missed all of those games as well.

Yes, I think Mike Bibby makes a difference for them. If they get past Boston I expect them to go to the Finals and face a Lakers team that they actually match up quite well with. That would be a pick em series IMO, but if Miami does win I would appreciate all the posters that have been blasting them (you included) to be around to eat crow.

No rebound no win. No perkin no title. Wow, they traded for this Kristic softy? Are you kidding me? Also its hard to believe how Rondo has fallen, an all-star non the less. I can't imagine how good he will be once the big three is over their prime.

 

People on the net used to tell me the "timing" on Rondo's passes and his intangibles made up for whatever shortcomings.
