That's one of my peeves. I would make it a $1,000 fine for not signaling when changing lanes. People do it way too often and must pay.
You would be the guy on the road late at night with only two other cars within half a mile of each other and signaling your lane change. Thank you for abiding by the law.

To be fair it did say that he apologized after for disrespecting the police. A lot of people wouldn't do that after getting fined 10k... But yeah, boo on Iverson.
