    I don't usually plug stuff I do on the radio by starting a thread like this, but if you love Jim Rome, hate him, or have ever even listened casually, it is MANDATORY that you tune into 1560 The Game or stream the station live http://1560thegame.com/ beginning at just before 2 p.m. CST and hear this. Trust me.

    HELL YES. Some of the funniest segments on radio are when ABC does his Jim Rome impression (which is so dead on, by the way, it's scary). I've pretty much become a 790 only listener here of late, but I'll be streaming 1560 to hear this.

    AC...Love that guy. He is like a mercenary taking his talents to which ever station he is in the mood for.
    why can't he do the entire show as herb the perv?! That'll bring all the kids to the yard. Rome and Herb are his best.

    Hopefully they'll podcast it so I can check it out tonight.

    I've been finding myself listening to 1560 a bit more. It's a steady diet of 790 mostly with 1560 getting some air time.

    me too. I still get a little annoyed when they talk point spreads for an hour straight but i do like that they at least touch on topics outside of houston everynow and then.

    Lopez in the morning blows. Josh in the afternoon is unbearable. I can't believe he hasnt been fired yet. I do like the odd couple though but i still don't understand how they make money and how the program director still has a job.

    I tried listening, but I guess you have to be a pretty avid listener of Jim Rome to understand the humor.

    So, enlighten me. Did Sean and Travis Rodgers have a falling out with Rome and are bitter about it? And that's what all this is about (other than them wanting to have a little fun with Clanton's talents)?
