Say what you will about Leto, but he nails it here. <iframe title="YouTube video player" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/b5Kf4zBL6V8" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="390" width="640"></iframe>
Whoever did his wardrobe nailed it. I don't know about the singing part, but at least he looked the part.
Is this for a movie coming out or just a random YouTube video? Also, why do people hate Leto? All I know of him is Requiem for a Dream and I thought he was fantastic. Is he a douche in real life or something?
Can't say that I have. There goes what little indie cred I ever had to begin with. I'm sure neg-rep from moe, Mr. Brightside and Landlord Landry is in my near future.
Actually not knowing 30 seconds to Mars gives you indie cred. They are about as mainstream as they come, and are played quite regularly along with all the other bro-rock on 94.5. And music aside, Leto is a fantastic actor. I'd also like to know what this video was made for.
Wow... eery... <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/q7AzfiTg_6g" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
ever heard of a band called 30 seconds to mars? your indie cred might suffer but not knowing who those douchebags are increases your jo mama cred. your cred might suffer w/ your ear-holes too if you listen to their music. actually, i dont know how "indie" 30 seconds to mars is considered - i think most people recognize that they are embarrassingly bad and look like total emo-douchebags.
Chapter 27. Dude gained 50 pounds to play the assassin Chapman, and it was awful. Took forever. I'm stealing from some critic, but ten minutes into it the viewer starts rooting for him to shoot Lennon. It's so pretentiously bad, the viewer actually begins to hate the real John Lennon and everything he stood for, just to get over with the movie. Costar: Lindsay Lohan, seemed more professional. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/aai_0xE3cAE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Exactly. All you have to do is listen to Cobain doing Pennyroyal Tea at Unplugged to tell the vocals are off. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRc4cH9W_9Y&feature=youtube_gdata_player
On second thought, didn't hear his cover of "Rape Me" at the end. Honestly, I'd be interested in hearing more of that... he sounded really good there.
