Line-up looking awesome. I'm very excited.

Still no headliners that I feel could top the Flaming Lips, but thats fine, its deeper than last years line-up. And freaking Beirut :D

Oh also they dropped MF Doom for Big Boi because of all the stuff with MF Doom having an impostor do his shows

These are some great additions! Beirut and Girls are two of my faves. I already have tix to go see Beirut in Austin in June for one of the ACL Live shows. I'll probably still go, but I'm tempted to sell them now.

    Sweet.

I know I'm preparing my ironic beard for this festival.

    Chromeo
    Skream & Benga
    Neon Indian

headlining the dancey pants tent.... kinda underwhelming, but i'm not familiar with skream & benga.

I'd say Chromeo and Neon Indian will bring 'em in. Both can start a party like nobody's business.

I'd love to see Chromeo and Neon Indian but not for that price.

Will this be going on at the same time as the rest of the fest too? Seems like it'll just add extra conflicts for me if I did have the tickets.

As the article above mentions, it'd be great if Chromeo played an aftershow.

I think $125 would be a decent price for those tickets, since the regular are $40 and the fancy pants are $70 right now. But 200+ is ridiculous range.

I'll keep my eye out and see if theres any contests to win one because I'd like to have one, but otherwise I won't bother with it. I paid $30 for my fancy pants ticket (back in the earliest pre-sale), $225 is too big a jump.

$225 is r****ded. That's almost 25% more than ACL with 25% of the talent.

225 is absurd. Thats more than Ultra Music Festival which just happened in Miami. When tickets for Ultra went on sale they were 180........

Not even comparable to this that they are trying to market.

well it does come with free drinks, free food, and free schwag but honestly, who spends that kind of money for the free ****?? no one, that's who. if you're throwing down that much it's b/c you want to see some big acts.

I saw Neon Indian open for Massive Attack last year and they (he) put on a great show. I would love to see them again, but only opening it up to people that drop $225 is ridiculous. That's nearly as much as I paid for my Coachella ticket. Whoever came up with that idea is an idiot. I doubt they'll repeat that same format next year.

Great news- Now everyone can see the Dancey Pants acts. Anyone with a general admission ticket. Makes me very excited. Though I'd be pissed if i had actually dropped the money on the dancey pants tickets

Let me correct myself, I believe just Chromeo, Neon Indian, and 12th Planet were added to the general stages. I'm ok with this though
