    It is over now.

Memphis and New Orleans knows what it takes to get into the playoffs and not waste games like this.

I know I say that and the Clippers beat the Grizzlies tonight, but that is rare. The Rockets have been losing these type of games all season long.

Memphis still has four tough games left: vs Kings, vs Hornets, @Clippers, @Portland the most I see them lose is 3 games. Kings, Clippers, Portland.

Rockets need to win tomorrow get Clippers off a b2b, Dallas will be resting their starters, and win in Minn.

The big game is tomorrow, win it and they have still have a shot at the playoffs.

Now if we can't beat the lowly Kings to save our lives, what business do we have in the playoff against the Spurs or Lakers?
I am more disappointed by the fact that we lost tonight and the future of this team , rather than that we don't make the playoff.

Breakdown of what I thought went wrong in the game tonight :

(I know we all love to pin the losses on individual players, but when it comes down to it, it was a team effort of a loss)

    - Bad shooting, the team could not find its stroke at ALL this game, especially from the perimeter

    - Bad coaching, Adelman should have realized that the team was shooting poorly, and forced his guys to go in there, we shot way fewer freethrows than normal.

    - Bad freethrow shooting, misses from Kevin Martin, Lowry, Hill and more could have changed the outcome of the game.

    - Just not big enough, the kings are spoiled with 3 big men who are semi-competent and 6' 11'' at least, for crying out loud, our center's 6' 6''

    - Marcus Thornton going off : he was unstoppable in the 4th and in crunch time.

Look, we all knew our playoff chances were slim to begin with, and I know Memphis had lost tonight, but keep hope alive, but this team started to come together after the break.

I'm as mad as anyone about this loss. Kevin Martin screwed up alot, but he also kept us in the game at times.

    Happy rest of the season

Still have to finish this season strong and go from there. 4-0 the rest of the way would be nice. Budinger, Hill, Patterson, Dragic need to show up for the next 4 to get that done.

Can't blame Morey for going after Thabeet, this team is desperate for some size.
