Chris Bosh will not be a consistent force because Miami is misusing him severely on offense. Going to Miami somehow turned him into a p***y that only pops out for jumpers. He really has limited low post moves against strong defenders, once in a while forgets hows to rebound.

Bosh was only great when he isos at the high posts or at times at the right low block. Too bad no ones gonna give him the ball there with Lebron and Wade both wanting their own isos.

You left because you had no evidence. I gave a bag of evidence and you retort with "you don't know what you're talking about".

Your argument was so weak, so pathetic, that even Rockets2K had to call you out on it.

Since this is a Miami Heat thread, why don't you go ahead and give me some evidence that suggests Chris Bosh is top 5 PF?

And for that matter, stop generalizing this board. Do you honestly think people here dislike Bosh merely because he didn't sign with us?

A huge number of fans didn't want Bosh in Houston, Bosh is disliked around here because he is a drama queen. Honestly, you really think Bosh is not very popular around here merely because he didn't sign with Houston? It only shows you how ignorant, blind and absolutely r****ded you are.

We get it, Miami Heat is a good team, stop acting like this board revolves around you. It doesn't, nobody here cares about Miami Heat, so stop making everything about this board hating Miami Heat.

And as for facts, the tellitlikeitis above me posted what I was about to post.

So for the last time, do you have any facts at all to support your statements? Or are you just going to say nobody here knows anything and pretend the facts are not there, like always?

Take off your fanboy glasses, stop acting like Wade. The world isn't happy that the Heat lost, and Clutchfans certainly could care less about Bosh for not signing with us. In fact, with hindsight, signing Bosh would be a huge mistake, considering his no show.

Also, aside from being possessed by Mike Miller for the 3 Celtics games, Wade's numbers against the Magic are well below his season averages. Across. The. Board.

    Them's the facts, bro.

You are a brick wall, amazing.

    Reading comprehension.

Understandable though. Afterall, when somebody said they hoped Patterson would dunk on Bosh, you took that as Patterson is better than Bosh than starting a whole parade of arguments about a non-existent point that you came up with yourself.

    pathétique.

Nice job touting his assists. Scola, Cousins, Amar'e, Love, Beasley, KG, and Josh McRoberts, among others, have more per game.

At least you didn't mention blocks.... Jordan Hill has more in exponentially less playing time. Don't take that as "Clutchfans where: Jordan Hill is the next Chris Bosh" now....

bosh is not a top 5 PF this year, but it's ridiculous to compare stats when bosh is playing with 2 other dominant scorers and he's still putting up 19 and 8.

if he was playing for us, bosh would easily put up 24-25ppg with 10+ boards.

That's the whole point of my post.

    Stats are meaningless.

And worse of all, he was stupid enough to use that specific worthless stat. What type of player deserves a max when he puts up 18 and 8?

Moreover, his points dropping is understandable, but his rebounding? Not so much.

this post shows you don't watch heat games at all and just look at his ESPN stat page.

lebron is one of the best rebounding SF in the L. secondly, wade is having a career year in rebounding. those guys hit the boards HARD on BOTH ends. so it's understandable for bosh to have a drop in rebounds also.

plus, if you watch their games, bosh is having to rotate extremely far (beyond the 3pt line even) on the pick and rolls as that is miami's defensive philosophy: to trap every pick and roll. that's also another reason for his drop in rebounds.

for people to point out bosh's finesse, he's just as soft as pau gasol and that hasn't hurt pau gasol one bit.

Finess my ass, Bosh doesn't have one legit low post move that he uses consistently. He is too weak to post up even the stronger PF's and is useless with his back against the basket. He is super effective though when he faces up in the low post because he's faster than most centers, or when he is at the high post because he can blow by people. Too bad he gets into neither situations here in Miami because Wade and Lebron wants theirs.

His rebounding numbers are hugely inflated in Toronto having to play with Bargnani who usually draws the opponent bigs away from the key, and never grabs rebounds himself leaving it all for Bosh. Though Bosh showed for like a month in the beginning the 08-09 season that he can be a good rebounder, but since then he has turned into a jump shooting p***y and makes very lazy attempts at rebounding.

And no way in hell he wouldn't average 24-25 ppg in Houston because no way in hell Adelman allows him to iso so much. Granted he will probably fit pretty well into the system because he is versatile enough.

chris bosh is tailor-made for adelman's offense; his game and offensive versatility fits his offense like a glove. he would average 24-25 points pretty darn easily.

if lebron james plays with dwight howard, dwight's rebounding numbers would decline also. lebron has averaged 8 rebounds a game since the first month and a half of the season (when he was adjusting). lebron and wade are huge factors for bosh's low rebounding numbers b/c those guys are athletic and they fight for those rebounds.

bosh doesn't have the best low post game, which is why i said he is a finesse player. but pau gasol couldn't post up perkins or KG either 2 years ago. and he's still soft as hell now. the days of a legit big man posting up repeatedly are long gone. outside of dwight howard, 99% of big men are finesse who prefer to face up.

Wait, so are you really saying Chris Bosh managed to grab 1 rebound in a game because Lebron and Wade are getting all the rebounds?

Have you thought that maybe Wade's rebounding numbers are up precisely because Bosh fails to grab rebounds? You are trying to argue that a 6 ft 4 guard is taking away the rebounds of a 6 ft 11 PF? You know what that spells? Soft, lazy and incompetent. Wade and Lebron are having to overcome Bosh's weakness.

And what about his assist numbers? Why is it that now with 2 finishers on his team, his assist numbers are down?

You are basically saying Bosh is not expected to score, rebound nor assist because Lebron and Wade are doing it for him. Really? What is Bosh's role? To make Hollins look like a superstar?

you seriously haven't watched a heat game from this post.

    1) you're going to point out one game where he gets one rebound to justify your answer. that's a terrible.

    2) no, that is just the heat and spo's philosophy: team rebound. why do you think in every ESPN telecast, you hear the word: tip that rebound to your teammate and don't try to grab every rebound yourself. that's just the mentality they go by defensively. they want players to be at their position (so if bosh has to go out to the 3pt line to trap somebody, so be it). their team rebound has been overly emphasized to overcome their lack of a center. here's who also following that philosophy: MIKE MILLER. the guy just attacks the boards also. the heat guards go hard to the boards b/c their big men will always trap on the pick and roll. there's no legit center so they all have to contribute.

i mean, at least he isn't pathetic bad like amare.

    3) assists? you gotta have the ball to get a chance at assist. the ball is in lebron's or wade's hands 90% of the time. when bosh gets it, it's simply to score. and even then he doesn't have a lot of plays called for him. his usage rating has suffered a massive drop. if you watch heat games, bosh is a DISTANT 3rd option from bron and wade. DISTANT.

    4) if you watch heat games, you would know what bosh's role is. his role is to provide that versatility when teams pack it on lebron/wade. there will be games when either bron or wade or both are off and bosh will be there to pick up the slack (like the lakers game, or 3rd boston game just to name a few). he's like a safety blanket. like i said, he is a DISTANT 3rd option.

that's why for him to average 19 points is remarkable. he rarely gets consecutive plays run for him to maintain or gain a rhythm (something he always had the luxury of doing for most of his career). and when he does get the ball, it's not always where he operated throughout his career (there was documentation about how spo wanted bosh to stop working on one side of the court like he usually did in the past).

again, bosh has had to sacrifice a lot. i don't think a lot of other "first option" PF is willing to take that huge of a backseat.

sure, bosh could play better. and he has played better since the break: 19ppg and 9rpg.

and the hollins point, he had a bad game. who doesn't? even a top 3 player like dwayne wade has had worst games this year than that (word to boston games).

the guy isn't a top 5 PF, but for a 3rd option, he's putting up numbers that parallel a lot of guys who are 2nd options in this L.

If you read my post, then you would know the one rebound game is not my answer.

And stop using that ridiculous "I'm discrediting your argument because I think you haven't watched Miami Heat".

Stop going off on random tangents. Who in the NBA do you think don't use the "team rebound" philosophy? Of course everyone goes by that idea, every single team coach would say "tip that rebound to your teammate if you can't grab a rebound". That's basically basketball knowledge, but it doesn't stop guys like Gasol from getting rebounds despite having another 7ft beside him (and that other 7ft averages 9 rebounds).

That's a ridiculous argument, and if you stick with your argument, Chris Bosh's rebounding numbers shouldn't go up right?

And stop pulling facts out of your ass. Miami Heat is focusing on team rebounds because they don't have a true center? You really think they don't have a true center? Did you pull that from your ass?

You know how Rodman describes rebounding? Hustle and Effort. Chris Bosh seems to be against that idea, because if other players hustle around him they might step on his toe.

i'm not going to bother to respond but i'll bring up some facts.

miami is #9 in the L in rebounding with a +2.7 rebounding advantage. going by differential, that's #4 in the L, about as good as the lakers and magic.

rebounding isn't their problem my friend.

so what else do you have to criticize?

the heat's problem: their PG position defensively and the lack of a consistent CENTER (yes they don't) who produces offensively.
