This last six weeks have made me very happy as a Rockets fan. Overall we've played some good, solid b-ball...really gelled as a team. We've also got some good looking prospects to carry forward to the future. I love it.
I'm just sayin' how bad the basketball Gods are teasing us. They both lost significant starters to their lineup yet can win without missing a beat. It's just agonizing..
hey... a lot of this season wasnt the Rockets fault. I mean, I know we lost a lot of close games and had defensive lapses sometimes that had us fold to good and bad teams - but look at all that happened? Yao going out. Brooks going out. Hayes going out. Scola going out. trades n trades and having to readjust. I'm just so proud of how they've pushed late in the season. Just think in January during that slide w/o Hayes... no one thought we'd even really be in the race realistically and we still "kindve" are even with Grizzlies playing red hot ball and Hornets staying even with them. we still dealt with a lot of BS, and are going to finish with a better record than last year and the finish to this season will be well-remembered by true fans. This team could finish just 5 games or so under a 50-win season.
true, but we lost 2 starters too and did the same thing. Its an awful tease... but thats why you dont start the season 3-11 I guess....
It's pretty sad that we cant function with out Kyle on the floor. Very disappointed with Dragon today. Even if he doesn't know the Offense, I think he should have done a better job. Before Kyle went down we on the verge of blowing them out; you just had that feeling that Atlanta was about to give up again.
