If Portland loses tonight and they are behind, then Memphis, Hornets, and Blazers will all be tied. Interesting. Memphis appears unlikely to fade, BUT what if Portland or New Orleans starts a free fall. Hmmmm. This could get interesting yet.

If we don't make playoffs i'll take the moral victory out of this amazing win!

    Haha, but seriously.

Yall are a great team just struggling right now. Enjoy these years because you never know when you'll go back to being in mediocre land hoping your team can just make the playoffs.

Yet another example of a classy Spurs fan. I don't get why Rockets fans hate the Spurs. When we were great, they couldn't stop us. When they were great, we were awful. They're from Texas, and most of their fans are good people, unlike the douchey, biased uninformed bandwaggoners jocking Dallas, LA and Utah.

LOL. I was thinking the same thing. Takes a lot of balls. I guess there was a reason he kept getting left open over there.

    Great post....
Scola is severely underrated by a bunch of Rockets fans, any athletic guy having a good game (Ppat, Hill, Landry back in time...)...gets more praise than him.

It would seem that it's the same pack of AB lovers, by the style of their writing and the severe lack of basketball knowledge they show.

If you have 6 TO as a power forward in a game, and some stupid errors in 4th quarter, you are not underrated.

I really want PPat to start games for Rockets. The Celtics game is the proof PPat is our future but not Scola.

    I definitely value Scola.

But I've also been noticing how 2Pat changes the look of our defense.
Its most noticeable with 2PAt and Hayes in,
but tonight 2Pat played some with Scola to the same result.

2Pat makes Bud and KMart's D look much better.
Scola doesn't cover for Bud and KMart the same way.

That said, Scola's offense is definitely better.
Although, I don't think we *need* to go through Scola to get our points.
Its definitely a nice option to have. But one of our real *needs* is some length and athleticism under the hoop on D.

I guess the lakers knew the result during the half-time. They seem to eat drugs in the 2nd half.

P.S. How come Clutch doesn't make post game threads anymore?

I grew up hating both down here in the RGV. The RGV is the home of mainly Spurs and Cowboys fans. Although you do see a lot of front runners down here.
