My own motto is I'm good right out of the birth chute to now. Adornments arent necessary to validate my place. That has nothing to do with "body is a temple" (please, I'm a complete slob). Just I'm comfortable enough in my own skin where I don't need a "second skin". I'm very prejudiced against women with tattoos. The whole "scene girl", rockabilly, Suicide Girl thing is so lame. It was in a previous tattoo thread on here I believe, where someone said his wife with a tattoo when she's reaches old age the tattoo will serve as a reminder of the wilder freer girl she used to be. It will help preserve that side of her, preventing letting herself get too stale and frigid. I really can't think of an argument against that, its beautiful really. If a tattoo helps to preserve women like that, if it helps her stay good in the sack then how is that not benefit? Still ... i'm willing to bet the credit scores on tattooed women are lower than non-tattooed women
Thats the thing (I do overanalyze these things and could be wrong, but) I think a lot of people with tattoos to some degree DO care a little about what others think. I'm not in the Proper Patrol by any stretch, I just think that people with tattoos should be satisfied to appealing to those that already like tattoos. But thats not enough, its having whole WORLD to support them too. A little practicing the tattoo advocacy so it can "catch on" and they'll have company. Reeling in the impressionables... Nope, you make the leap and you live with it. I'm not going to sugarcoat my opinion on someone's stupid tattoos just to make them feel secure about getting it. Tattoo REMOVAL places are on the RISE for a reason. That said I'm not really against them. If someone put a tattoo on me in my sleep, I could live with it. I'm against people that do it for pure vanity but don't admit that its vanity.
I dont mind 1 or 2 (small) tattoos in a girl, but it doesnt make them more hot. I dont think I would get one, at least not in a near future.
I am an attorney and have some and will get one full sleeve and probably a back piece as well. It is completely covered up with long sleeves from my work dress shirt. I think they can be very sexy on a woman.... my lady has 8
I used to want one or two. Now I'm glad I never got any. tats are cool if you're into that, some people have really cool tats imo, but I'll never get one.

Haha! That's funny, because it's a double pun! See, your scrotum is far below average size AND his name on a show was Tattoo!
Imagine your grandmother with a totally b****in' tattoo she got on her way to Woodstock... Would you want to see it? Really?
my tramp stamp would indicate otherwise! actually just wanted to point out that not all tattooed people are irresponsible - and conversely, not all non-tattooed people are paragons of great credit. my credit score puts me in the top 5% i believe so i know ive got better credit than lots of people w/out tattoos.
He actually didn't do that one I think that was from someone well known, but i'm not sure -- I just posted it as an example of a really good tattoo. As for his shop everything is there on the website I linked -- seriously doubt there would be any CF discount, but he is pretty good friends with several guys that post here.
