So, you're not gay, but occasionally find other men beautiful? Do you also enjoy being on the receiving end of a nasty butt drag?
American men grow up thinking homosexuality is either a sin or the antithesis of "manliness" so responses like these are typical fodder. We probably all learned the F-word on the playgrounds and started using it by 3rd grade. I know most of us here are merely joking about it, but it is a problem of awareness and underlines the ignorant nature of the country. Personally I have no problem calling a spade a spade. I'm comfortable enough in my sexuality to make remarks like this... Jon Hamm is a classically handsome fella, in the mold of Gary Cooper, Clark Gable, etc.
Excuse us, professor. Please, enlighten us more. I have no problem saying I consider neck beards to be classically handsome, in the mold of pau gasol, jonah hill, ect. Spoiler
I agree. I think most of us were kidding though or at least I was. Me personally, I don't have a problem giving some credit when credit is due. Some guys I can say, "yeah, I can see how they pull all the women". For example, I see why women are crazy about Gerard Butler. He's a good looking man. Nothing wrong with acknowledging that IMO. But you have to admit... saying beautiful about another man is kinda funny. Not saying he's a bundle of sticks or anything.
You guys let me know when the beefcake Reynolds has porked Madonna AND Robin Wright. Yea, that is what I thought...
lol what? you're joking Actually wait, nvm, I don't want to "debate" about how good looking a guy is.
People who pull the "I don't know if guys are good looking or not" BS are just trying to fool themselves. I hope they realize that if they've ever called a guy "ugly" or wondered why a hot chick was with "that guy", they have judged a man's looks and clearly have a standard for what is attractive.
A Scarlett Johansson thread that turns into a soapbox debate about the stigma of men talking openly about homosexuality and the physical attributes of other men... only on clutchfans I guess...
I thought Penn was just a typical Hollywood idiot until I saw all the work he's doing in Haiti. My respect for the guy went up 10-fold after seeing how he's living there and working with the people instead of just donating money or advertising himself as a "supporter for the cause". Maybe Scarlett sees the same in him.
Without any hesitation, I can wholeheartedly say I dont have a freakin clue whether another man is attractive. The only way I "know" is based off what women say. Such as, Will Smith, Robert Horry, Jimmy Jackson, Jay Hernadez, Brad Pitt, Colin Farrel are/were among the popular ones with women. To me they are all freaking ugly, as all men are including myself. I dont know how women can find men attractive. If a male sees a guy and determines he is attractive or not, its one of two things. He himself is attracted to him however small it is, or because of his vanity he is subconciously comparing his own percieved attraction/worth to someone else. That last one is something women do to other women. A female characteristic if you will. Neither of these characteristics exist in me. Have I ever called another man ugly? Yes, in a conversation with a woman, explaining how all men are ugly. Have I ever wondered why a woman was with a certain guy? Yes, but it had everything to do with her, and WHAT was the attraction she had to him. It could be looks or something else. Never in my life have I said "Oh he's too ugly for her" and definetly not the inverse lol Now with that said, If someone posed the question to me who is more attractive Sean Penn or the Canadian dude, I guess I would answer the canadian dude just to answer satisfactorily and it would be based on what I think a woman would answer. The real answer from me is neither, there is no attractiveness to compare. So no people who say that arent trying to fool themselves. I think I can confidently vouch for all the males around me like my Dad and my homeboys, that they dont go around judging other men's attractiveness. We're too busy looking at the women.
Agreed...RR is a handsome dude...Maybe Harrisment should have said handsome instead of beautiful...saying a guy is beauitful is kinda ghey... Back on point...SJ and SP? WTF???
At first it didn't make much sense to me but I didn't know Penn is only 50, I thought he was closer to 60.
I'm sorry, but if a guy admits that he thinks Ryan Reynolds is handsome, pretty, or whatever, he's gay or at least has homosexual tendencies. Sorry guys, this is fact. If a man had to take it in the ass by another guy, any real man would choose for that guy to be Sean Penn.
