And here, ladies and gentlemen, is how a grown man makes a graceful exit. You show 'em big boy. You show 'em. :')
exactly, now u see a blind guy played and cost a season, whos fault? the blind guy or the man who hired him?
Totally agree with you.... Yao did what he was suppose to do and that was play basketball... It was Management who decided to build around Yao.... I'm not the biggest Yao fan, but at the same time I will not blame him for something that's not his fault. T_Man
Yeah it's Yao's fault because all he's done is work as hard as any player this orginization has ever had, done everything he was asked to do and more, perfect teammate, great in the community, is Chinese, drives a SUV, puts his left shoe on before his right shoe and watches the Simpons insted of Family Guy. You people sometime I think a more realistic poll (as far as players go) would have been AB, he killed the Rockets with poor play down the stretch. I can only think of one game ( the first Boston meeting) where he played well. This Yao thing has to go away. Can an argument be made, that Yao should have been traded? Sure. If you are the Rockets you have to roll the dice, Rockets had no star, had no center. It was well worth the gamble IMO.
if Yao is to blame, then Morey isn't as good as all praise him. Because frankly, its made out that Morey didn't know Yao was injury prone. The way I see it, if Morey was as good as all praise him, then he would have prepared because he would have known that something might go down with Yao and being the good GM YOU all give him credit would have gotten a better back up then Miller. he would have spent more and put more concentration then a Brad Miller. Fking ignorant is this post, quite honestly.
Like I said sore loser. Stayed up the whole night past your bed time to make the last post after I depants you the whole night long.
It's a business. It would have been so sweet if Yao opted out but it's unfair bc none of us would have done that. But to answer the OP's question -- Yes he did. We would win a title this season if we swapped out Yao with Dwight Howard or a healthy Yao
We played as a team and lost as a team. I recall a lot of people pinning mid-season losses all over Brooks, Rick, Kmart, and Miller. It was a team effort this season, and the team came up just a little short. Next year should be a lot better (knock on wood!).
Yao opting in cost us the season. He got injured within 5 games by freakin falling down on a weak-sauce attempt at taking a charge.. Jeez Louise. Pay attention.
Hahahahaha, okay big boy. You sure showed me, babbling on for pages about absolutely nothing. I really do hope for your sake that your kids get a good education. When they graduate, I want you to show them this thread and see if you can make out the look of shame in their eyes.
