They shouldn't be pulled over, but people who don't give a wave when you go out of your way to let them in. Its probably worse out here in CA, but it kills me.

    1. Ridiculously loud music; the most irritating annoying rude pain in the butt ever.

    2. Texting while driving; probably the stupidest of all human activities.

    3. Talking on the cell phone non stop while driving; the second most stupid human activity.

    4. Tailgating.

    5. Reckless driving: weaving, racing, speeding, etc.

    6. Excessive emissions: smoking exhaust.

    7. Junk cars that are a danger on the road.

How about the pickup truck that's driving on the freeway with stuff in the bed of his truck....with his tailgate down.

Sorry, but not this. I don't ride through an intersection when there's already a car at the other stop sign, but when it's relatively empty, there's no need to act like a car and come to a dead rest before switching gears up and pedaling again.

I'm only averaging about 15-20 mph, so stopping every time would be a pain.

    didnt see it mentioned but...

I hate it when an exit/merging ramp from one highway to another (e.g. 59 and 610)is backed up to a crawl for a good distance. Then you have the a-holes who clearly know why traffic is backed up, but feel like it's acceptable to go ahead and pass everyone waiting in line to only wedge themselves in at the very front of the line.

I mean really?! where else would you think that's acceptable? Where else is there a line and people just freely jump in front of you when it's your turn?

I've almost had people hit me because i won't let them in but they think they can win that game of chicken if the just keep merging.

Those bastards can die of gonorrhea and rot in hell.

    serenity now.

    This this this. CSB time.

I was in a neighborhood yesterday and I approached a 4-way stop. As I was APPROACHING the stop sign, a car pulls up to his stop sign a full 2 SECONDS before me. So, obviously, since I was taking a left turn (with my blinker on), and he was going straight, I wait for him. Well, he just sits there without moving for probably a full 5 seconds since he apparently did not know who got there first. Well, after waiting for another second or two, I pull into the intersection. Well, apparently that was a bit premature on my part since he then pulled into the intersection as well. So I immediately hit the brakes, as does he, and we get into this stupid little limbo where we both go, and both stop at the same time. Finally, I just remain stopped, and he continues through, ALL WHILE STARING ME DOWN. I was baffled. He CLEARLY got to the stop sign first, sat there for about 7 seconds without moving, and only decided to go AFTER he saw me go first. It made no sense to me whatsoever, but I wish I could say it was the only time something like that had happened. It seems like people either have no awareness, have no idea how stop signs actually work, or are just too stupid to realize what to do. I'm thinking it's probably some wacky combination of the three.

    /end rant

Ohhhh, we have another winner. What on Earth possesses people to do this?? What is it about the car in front of them that they have to be able to see all four tires, the asphalt that the car is sitting on, AND leave enough room just in case a car or two want to come into the lane in front of them? Do they not understand that if everybody on the road were to have similar behavior, we'd only be able to accommodate like 20 cars at a time?? And almost invariably, these are the same people who wait like 3 seconds before accelerating after the car in front of them has already gone. If you seriously pay THAT little attention to what is going on in front of you while you're driving, maybe public transportation is the way to go.

Besides flat cities like Houston, I leave about 6 ft. of space in case the car in front has a manual transmission.

It's not always that situation. What if there's traffic on the freeway and the onramp is backed up. You shouldn't leave space for someone to merge then? What if someone is just trying to move over so that they can reach the offramp? There are many times when you let someone merge when they're not trying to be a dick and cut in line.

This x 1000. Those of you that do it have no idea how tempted I am to open my door or ram you in to the vehicle next to me. Wait in line with the rest of us, you f**ktard.

How about when the first person at a red light stops 10 feet short of the light? These people usually end up being "creepers" that start creeping up every 5 seconds trying to anticipate the green light. The have to start 10 feet back from the light because if they didn't, they'd be in the middle of the intersection by the time it actually turned green.

Completely agree. Legal in California too. With no helmets. On LA freeways.

They should be required to fill out organ donor cards before doing this.

lanes merging is 1 thing, but he said he 'went out of his way to let the other guy cut'

to me that sounds like he pissed off a lot of people behind him, 2 lanes merging together usually arent grounds to be pissed off about

but i think you get my point

the people merging from 59 northbound to 610... some guy whimsically allows 2 or 3 or 4+ cars in... yea that i hate

I often times do this...Call me paranoid but I try to always leave room so that I can zoom out of the lane if I need to. I don't know exactly what I am concerned with!

Yeah, this is very annoying. That's why (even though it doesn't always work) whenever I'm coming to a 4-way stop and I see someone is going to get there around the same time as me, I'll purposely slow down before the stop, and basically roll to a stop. Usually this gives them enough time to stop and realize...hey, I must have got here first since he's still moving.

Speeding motorcyclists, sometimes their speed reach way over 100mph, there's never seem to be a cop around to catch them!

Even if you got there at the same time, if one person is turning left and one is going straight, the person who is going straight goes first. Correct? I've been seeing a lot of people deferring to the person turning lately and I don't know why.
