What I posted in another thread a few days back:

    <hr>

If we discard all the minutes that Lowry was not on the floor, our record this year is 41-21-3. Meaning, 41 games we outscored opponent with Lowry, only 21 games we were outscored with Lowry, 3 games it was tied.

What is our record looking at minutes when Lowry is off the floor? It is 21-45-4.

That disparity is almost unbelievable. Given that, saying "with Lowry we're a .500 team, just like last year" to me doesn't quite capture it accurately. Lowry was a huge difference maker last year as a bench player, and he's been an even more incredible difference maker this year as a starter.

Rebounds and his low turnover rate.

Houston is 2nd in the league in turnover rate because Lowry is running this team. Last year we were 14th with AB running the show.

Love It. We should send this thread to Hollinger. Craziest thing about my stat is, it's only his first month on the job.

I've been dabbling with Klow's stats and if he could slightly improve his assists, steals, and turnovers then he stays on top of this list when or IF he ever cools down.

This is all Happening soo fast.

The "HOU" near his name in every statistical display that I've seen is what I love the most.

No Rocket has had a 10 game stretch like this since Hakeem. I'm pretty excited.

Maybe Barkley's first ten games, I'd have to look it up. They didn't have EFF but his 33 rebound opener might have done it.

    Priceless.

Where the F is DD, anyway? Did he seriously get traded to the Phoenix board or what? How do you go from over 9000 post per day to 0?

Based on that stat, I like his "EFF."

But what really impresses me the most about KLow is, he's always working. I noticed, after his shot, he usually goes near the basket to fight for the rebound just in case he misses the shot. If he doesn't get the rebound, he's still somewhat "stalking" the opponent who got the rebound, trying to see if he can get a steal (and an easy basket), before running to the other side of the floor (before the opponent's offense is set). That doesn't show up on the stat sheet.

As Clyde Drexler would say... I like it! ;)

All his stats are amazing, so the one I like the most lately is minutes.

I definity love how he share the ball around his team..AB has wall less assits than he does...so the ball movement of the Rocket's really improved thus this season

EFF is a pretty dumb stat. It treats everything the same value with no weight. PER is much better for the same purpose. I don't think you can do splits with PER though anywhere? Paging durvasa?
