Probably not, I just remember him being a 4 in a 3's body. Getting the occasional open layups and bricking the occasional jumper. He's not exactly a skillful scoring option and that's a pretty big difference from Chase. Maybe he's improved though, I hope so.

I love it when people call others idiots while simultaneously making a fool of themselves.

This could get interesting if Harris can hit the 3-ball consistently now.

    Feigen confirmed that it's a 10-day contract.

Mike Harris deserves at least one 16th man of the year award.

Doesn't that mean he isn't eligible for playoffs :(

I wish Morey would use some creativity instead of going with a guy who he knows which is Harris is a power forward stuck in a small forward's body. He's not the defender Chuck is and he can't shoot. There are alot of guys he could of given a shot to that maybe turn out to be something. Harris is who he is. He's a energy guy that hustles his tail off cause he has to.

44% from three in the CBA. Don't know how that translates to the NBA, but obviously his jumpshot has improved in the last few years.

    It's March 21.

There are only 12 games remaining this season.

    Harris knows Adelman's system.

Adelman has shown enough trust in Harris previously to give him spot minutes.

How "creative" should Morey be? He just signed the ONLY guy off the street who his coach might actually PLAY.

Actually John Lucas had 3 stints with the Rockets.

    '76-78
    '84-'86
    '89-90.

Does this mean he will get the nod to start the game at SF against GSW and possible Miami?

No. Courtney Lee will likely start, and the vast majority of the 1-2-3 minutes will go to Lowry, Martin, Lee and Dragic (in various combinations). In a pinch, I could see either T-Will or Harris getting spot minutes.

Yes, you're exactly right, aelliott. If only he'd kept himself out of the snow, we might have another Hall of Famer as a former Rocket. Bums me out.

Anyone know if the CBA 3 point line is now closer to that of the NBA? Someone said it was farther out than it used to be. I was surprised to see numbers showing Mike shooting 44% from there in China.

    It obviously won't be Williams.
