If we do that, Squid might as well consider his ticket outta here punched. I still say put him at the 5 and let 'er rip.
Well, Feigen was in the lockerroom, post game. He might have asked RA, and I could see RA saying, "We're going to have to look at that (no **** RA). Maybe have to use some new line-ups. (uh, yeah)" Feigen usually says when he's speculating...but maybe not in a short tweet. I suppose he'll explain himself more in the blog.
I totally said that today. The funny thing is he is bigger than Hayes and Scola, but he does not clog the lane and has shown that he is capable of guarding smaller players.
It could work if he's able to hit threes and move without the ball. Not worried about ballhandling, spacing is the most important thing. I doubt we'll see much of him there anyway. Probably just in a pinch or for certain matchups.
I bet we go small against GS just because Lowry Dragic is a good lineup against Curry Ellis. Martin could easily play at the SF no problem with Lee subbing in between the 2 and 3. Now against Miami I say why not. Neither Martin nor Lee is going to be able to guard James anyways why not stuff the paint as much as we can and try to force James to shoot outside? Pat may not be fast enough to run with him but if he comes inside pat can block his shot and body up with him.
wow, sounds like Coach has already thought this through (PPatt playing some 3). He said we're going to do it in the next practice. TWill has no chance.
He practiced it in spring training when Patrick was less ready. makes sense to try it now. I say let scola play the three myself.
What an entertaining thought, the different and possible lineups against GoldenState and Miami. Now I'm really excited ..AND Great win today! (shoulda had a bigger point differential at the end but hooray nontheless; if you've gotta foul, foul hard- no And1s) Get healthy soon Chase.
Wow, Adelman wasted no time to announce to the world TWill won't be sniffing the floor any time soon. Actually, wouldn't it make more sense playing Chuck some at the 3?
