    Depite the thrilling race to the finish going on for the final playoff spot, attendance these days is pretty terrible. Sad though that is for me as a fan and a season ticket holder, there have been a couple of upsides, most notably in free tickets and tonight, an upgrade baseline seats. Seriously, the Rockets have been amazing to us, and tonight was spectacular. After arriving at the game with a buddy of mine, I stopped by the season ticket renewal booth to say hello to our rep. She had given us 2 extra tickets to tonight's game and I wanted to thank her. My folks were at the game with me too, and our rep went ahead and upgraded our seats to second row, baseine, on the middle aisle, at the basket on the side where the Jazz were sitting. Suffice it to say, but it was the best viewing experience of my life. Absolutely a different game from down there. A few observations:

    1) the guys are enormous. People call Lowry a midget and Hayes undersized, but seriously, let's keep it in perspective. The are seriously tall dudes amongst a league of even more massive dudes.
    2) Cheering and heckling are totally different when they guys can actually make out what you are saying. Things like "Yeah, Chuck," become "that was a very well played defensive possession, Chuck."
    3) speaking of Chuck, he has the number 94 hand written on the heels of both his shoes. Perhaps Hayesfan can tell us why.
    4) Jordan Hill wears two pairs of socks
    5) Scola's left knee was totally shaved
    6) Yes, Kevin Martin's legs are that skinny

    Anyway, thought I'd share. I'll upload pics sometime later when I figure out how to do from my iPhone. I took one of Jordan's double sock action, I'm not sure why.

    Shelita upgraded me to courtside once. She's pretty awesome.

    The RPD skirts are very short from those seats.

    It wasn't shaved, Scola can command his hair to grow or not when needed.

    a shaved knee gives him less resistance, more speed, and more slickness. its how he gets 8 boards a game without jumping...
