He doesn't deserve one... he was absolutely dismantled. That was child's play for Bones. The spinning elbow against the cage was incredible. The reach advantage was the deciding factor in the fight, no doubt.

Evans will be a much tougher matchup for Jones because of his superb wrestling skills... Jones may get him to the mat, but he won't be able to manhandle him like he did Shogun.

I've never seen anyone able to dominate and cause so much damage while expending so little energy.

    Just amazingly efficient.

Shogun is a great, great fighter that has made other great fighters crumble. Jones toyed with him and made him tap to strikes. Just a truly amazing night.

I really just want to see someone beat down Silva. I think Jones is the man to do that

Shogun looked really sluggish from the start, I'm wondering if that first knee to the face 5 seconds in had any effect?

You called it on the 2nd round ground and pound... absolutely overwhelmed Shogun with his explosive athleticism and other-worldly reach.

Nvm, 3rd round ground and pound.

How much dough did you pocket on the night?

I'm gonna have too respectfully disagree. Jones will walk through Rashad. I think the only way it's close, is if Jones respects Evans so much he doesn't want too embarrass him.

Jones is just on another level and he's only gonna get better.

Rashad looked shook and hesitant. I predict he will have an "injury" and drop out. I really thought this fight would be closer. I couldn't choose a winner but Jones absolutely dominating without even a scratch is just..wow..guy really is Anderson striking with GSP wrestling..straight beast.

You make a good point. It would be interesting to see Silva stay in light heavyweight and match up with Jones.

I personally cannot wait to see Rashad get his cocky face smashed.

His speed and wrestling combo makes him a good fighter, but it will not match up well vs. Jones' size/speed combo.

I think it could get pretty messy for Evans.

Rashad for his own sake, would have been better off sticking to his original stance on not fighting his training partner jon bones. He should've moved down to middleweight. In fact, he probably would be doing us a favor so we don't have to watch a fight where we already know the ending. What's the point?

Evans has nothing to offer for Jones. If Thiago Silva and Machida can outstrike Evans then Jones will murder him.

Hahah, yeah I'd probably have to agree. I'm trying to convince myself it would be more of a war on the ground, but Bones is an other-worldly talent. He didn't just defeat an MMA legend, he absolutely dismantled him with ease. If casual fans think Anderson Silva's a dominant force, they better prepare themselves for the reign of Bones.

Not too much, I wasn't expecting tonight to be a great night for bets since there really wasn't any good underdogs besides Pyle which is the only underdog I bet on.

My total was +88.04 and that brings my MMA Bet total for the year up to 949.48

Anderson Silva is the only intriguing matchup at this point. Thiago Silva is probably suspended following his steroid debacle, Rampage is bad off his back and would get picked apart, Machida has subpar takedown defense, Rashad is an extremly poor mans version of Jones. Not many interesting fights.

I agree, it would be a fun fight though worrisome because I'm a Silva fan. Plus Anderson already stated a couple weeks ok he believes Jones can beat him.
