i forget can someone tell me where to watch this game. I think it's through Nba.com, something about it being hacked for people to watch. PLEASE Thanks rep for all
Took the family out to Big Bend and can't remember if I set my DVR to record this, or not. Got back to our room and checked ClutchFans, of course, and THE ROCKETS BEAT THE CELTICS! Lord, people, we have such a history with this team that it's rediculous. Twice they beat us in the Finals during the '80's and facing them again is a wet dream of mine. Just reading about this win has me pumped! Go Rockets!!
for how long? but dude it's a different team now. And they can utilize all their weapons because they are no longer zero-ing there offense on one person. we have stars already..you ready...here we go -Scola -Martin -Lowry---i'm actually serious about him 2. He literally manipulates the game with his SMART AND GRITTY PLAY -the collection of all our other players are the composition of a star, except the bench riders
Great win, but as always bone headed decisions by Addledman kept showing he's just about ready to pack it up, including keeping our starters playing in a blowout win. This isn't gonna fly in the playoffs, we'd win the 1st game and then get gassed and blown out in the 2nd. Lowry playing 41 minutes and KM palying 38 minutes isn't good for their stamina, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they come out firing blanks the next game.
We don't have a superstar, but I'm pretty sure KM (most efficient scorer in the league, top 10 in scoring) and Lowry are stars already. Scola is between a role player and a star, PP has the makings of a multiple allstar talent.
Or maybe teams just haven't adapted to Denver's "new" offense and players?? Again, a month or so is not enough time to use them as an example. Even with more time they'd be the exception, not the norm. As for our players, those are boderline stars. Martin is more of a 3 qrtr player and needs to be able to draw fouls. Scola's got limitations on offense and no defense. Lowry is rising quickly, but like Denver, needs to prove he can keep it up over the long run. We need more than that.
Can someone plz upload that annoying Boston announcer that sounded like hes about to erupt and the monotone commentator lol. Hilarious
Love the way this team is coming together, they punched the bully in the mouth tonight. Small sample but this team has become better defensively since the trades, young guys stepping up, roles defined. Look out people, the playoffs are in sight.
Okay. I honestly have no more respect for Kevin Garnett. You don't really realize how much of an aggressive bully he is until you hear him curse out other players and make dirty plays right in front of you. Glad the Rockets won.
Imagine if we'd made the trades a month earlier! I got a terrible feeling we're gonna miss out by a game or something like that. Either way, we got a better record than the Knickerbockers do right now! If we DO make the playoffs, we get their pick too don't we?
ty lawson said it himself...teams can't physically account for all their weapons, even thru preparation and scouting because they can come at you in so many different angles. we are similar to this team! We need more than that? Maybe it really depends....honestly man, who do you have in mind??
Great Win for Rockets...Good defense on the perimetre and a second double-double for PatPat as a starter... Jordan Hill was great of the bench..What happened to Courtney Lee these days?? Martin shoot to much 3s i think...Hayes defense was paid off...Lowry dishing to open players!! We are still on fire without Luis Scola...This team is unstoppable....BEAT UTAH (next game)... Here is the link for the NBA recap video: http://www.nba.com/video/games/rockets/2011/03/18/0021001024_bos_hou_recap.nba/index.html It should able to work...
Umm.. if the Rockets make the playoffs, they would have a better record than the Knicks. The Rockets already have the same record as the Knicks and are in the lottery.
This. Here come the trade maniacs again talking about trading a player of Scola's caliber after a win. Wait until PPat has a bad game and these folks will be all over this bbs screaming to trade him. This trade thing is getting to be tiresome. When can we appreciate the players that the Rockets have and stop trying to trade them? Scola is still far better than PPat and when the league starts to pay attention to him then that is when the real test comes. The opponents are wary of the damage Scola can inflict and, if anyone pays attention, Scola is often seeing double teams in the post nowadays. He has done very well despite this extraordinary attention paid to him by opposing teams and it remains to be seen of PPat can handle the same pressure should he face it. Having said this, Pat is really showing a tremendous game and, if he continues to play like this, he should be a big contributor to the Rockets for a long long time.
I can't believe I'm reading this **** after the Rocks beat the living crap out of the Celtics. Incredible.
