He actually has a valid question this time. The video is not from the earthquake itself, but supposedly from something called liquefaction.

The liquefaction is a side product of the earthquake due to the shaking causing ground or sea water to infiltrate into the soft fill.
Right. However, folks seem to be jumping on toycen, yet in this case, I think he has a valid question/point/observation. I have never seen this liquefaction from past earthquakes and it was an interesting video to post.
Geology, how does it work? The guy says it was reclaimed land, used to be a bay. Throw some soil on top of a bay, have an earthquake, and what do you get?
