I didn't think you could trademark your own name b/c it fell under the common law description of "secondary meaning" - like how you can't trademark geographic terms and adjectives b/c they are not distinctive. There could be other Deena Nicoles out there committing trademark infringement any time they use their name for anything.
I think her intentions are to create a greasy, soil-resistant underwear line. But no seriously, I think I remember reading she filed it with the intention of doing something with clothing. The idea of her creating a soil-resistant underwear line for obese women was only me being a smartass.
