Thats weird. Japan owns everything in America so America is supposed to give back to the same country that bought it out? Sure we have food ,and water, but its sad Japan will still own us after this and yet when Los Angeles gets smashed this September the same country that owns us,that we aided , will not help us. No one will in the world.
