    A lot of these songs in this thread are far better than that Fryeeeday fryeeeday song OP posted. At least you can say she's just a kid that thinks she sounds good, so no harm done.

    I'm not sure there's much worse than that soulja crap that Soulja Boy puts out.

    So says Blender magazine and PLENTY of crappy songs have come out since they came out with that list. And even though that song is cheesy, it is not as bad as My Humps, Diva by Beyonce, the Friday song, anything by Soulja Boy, etc.

    I agree. Any song of the 70's, 80's, and hell even the 90's that was considered "bad" like the song that Sishir posted is infinitely better than the garbage that has come out in the last 10 years or so.

    I think they even attempted some autotuning up [trying not to be noticiable]

    Probably not the worst song ever but there is something about it that I can;t stand more than any other I've ever heard. Once that intro kicks in it just makes me literally nauseous.

    that's how i feel about "maybe i'm amazed" by wings. it's clearly not the worst song ever, but i ****ing hate it so much.


    edit: but "all through the night" is great.

    Dude - outside of "She Bop", that is the greatest Cyndi Lauper song of all-time! Plus it has a classic '80s synth line to begin it - you got to love those synth lines from the '80s!

    Most of these "worst songs" people are posting were, at one point, chart-topping singles. Sure, we can look back at them now and call them cheesy, but the "worst"? I think not.

    Whereas, the song I posted would be considered awful in any period. :grin:
