Kid Tries Bullying an Overweight Kid and Gets SLAMMED

i wouldn't say the skinny kid gets nothing. he gets embarrassed, a fractured leg, and will probably be traumatized for the rest of his life, not to mentioned ridiculed. punishment only for the big kid isn't fair, but it was worth it.

 

I love it.

 

If the bigger kid gets any punishment by law, I would say he has great video evidence for an assault charge on the smaller kid...

 

In high school I had some older guys always bully me in P.E. I just never said anything then one day I snapped and clocked the guy after he kept pushing me. I ended up getting suspended for a day but the fact that I got to see the guy crying with an ice pack on his head in the principals office was enough for me. He didn't ever bother me after that and my parents understood the situation after I explained what happened.

I don't condone fighting but the kid was defending himself and I doubt that bully does anything to anyone again after this incident.

 

Except after ridicule and long lasting embarrassment the small bully will some how get and hand gun and shoot the bigger kid when he's in his teens....

Ok, I have to say that there will be punishment, and if that happens, why not punish the guy/girl who filmed it...seemed pre-meditated to me, a set-up, especially since the dumbass stubles to the camera person afterwards...

I'm glad the big kid won, but the one who retaliates always gets punished...

 

Not sure if might is right is a good idea anywhere but that's pretty much how life works. Those with might (in various forms) make the rules.

 

Big kid was defending himself nothing more. Everyone has a right to defend themselves. Had the big kid jumped on the aggressor and started pummeling him then he might be in trouble but he doesn't... he just walks away once the bully is no longer a threat. The bully definitely needs to be suspended for a good long while.

 

Sign that kid up for wrestling... seriously!

It's definitely messed up today the way they determine who gets punished. Back in junior high I was in the bathroom washing my hands when 2 guys I had never met came up and started beating me down. I wasn't even able to land a punch. The result? We all got DMC for a day. I had bruises and cuts, they had nothing, but I got the same punishment.....it's just sad.

I just hope the big kid gets nothing more than a single day suspension (hopefully less). I also hope the bully learns his lesson and gets more punishment. It wouldn't surprise me if they think he's taken enough punishment and let him off the hook.

Like rrj said, it definitely looks like this was pre-meditated since the camera was rolling before the fight even started. In my mind, that makes it even worse.

It's a shame kids feel like they have to do things like this. Why? To look "cool" in front of other kids? To make themselves feel bigger and better than other kids? Something to do with their self esteem? The sad thing is, it's always been this way and will never change.
