I'm not seeing that Lowry said anything about squid or about T-will.

As for what we should do with him, I see three options:

    1) trade him for a 2nd-round pick. I would only do this if his presence is hurting the team.

    2) send him to the D-league, and keep him there. I think we need his permission after the 2nd year, though.

    3) just hang onto him, at least for a while. There's a reasonable chance that he'll grow out of his attitude, and if he does, he'll be a decent (or better) player. How nice if we're the team that benefits from his maturation.

who cares what Kyle hates you want to know what i hate is when he has the ball at the end of a quarter......last night before the half he passed the ball to Martin while the clock hit 0 thats a couple of times ive noticed that.

i know we are blowing teams out but if we would have lost by 1 or 2 kyle's undecisiveness may cost us. he should run a play and stop trying to be the hero

My guess: That's Kyle's way of letting Squid know he's blowing a pretty good chance. Lowry's not going to call anyone out by name, and these two have tweeted back and forth enough to make it look like there's a friendship there. Hopefully, T-Squid will read between the not-exactly-vague lines and start to get his act together.

Its funny how Bud steps it up right as T-Will joins the team. Maybe the T-Will trade was really intended for Bud to snap out of it and work his ass off.

Williams showed signs of brilliance last night. He has size, speed, court vision and athleticism.

I think he would have remained in the rotation if he chose to drive every freakin time. His jumper looks broke, although he might be a better catch and shoot player. It's too early to quit on the guy.

I can't tell who is joking in this thread at this point but this was not a shot at Terrence Williams.

Of course Clutchfans always like to make drama out of certain quotes by players.

Worthless thread. Bold statement taken completely out of context.

Eh. To be serious for a second, I doubt Lowry was actually thinking of squid when he said it. But his point still stands: if you can't play for Adelman, you can't play for anyone. Unless it is for an expansion team.

Hey squid, are you watching.. closely?

    Abracadabra and you're gone!

When he first came off the bench last night, he looked like ****. He was demanding the ball, and then turning it over. Then Rick Adelman called a timeout, and he got his **** together. He started penetrating the defense, attracting defenders, dishing the ball, and even showing a propensity to score. Rick Adelman was able to handle Ron Artest. He can handle Terrence Williams. Adelman probably told him during the timeout that if he wasn't going to put in the effort in garbage time that he wasn't going to get time. If we had DeMarcus Cousins, he wouldn't be getting playing time because of his bad attitude. Rick Adelman wouldn't stand for it. And that is what makes him a great coach. Not only does he have a winning system, he knows how to develop and get the most out of his players, regardless of their disposition.

My guess is that Twill would probably perform better for a demanding, intolerant coach, i.e., someone with a stronger personality than him. RA is a player's coach, but only with the kind of player that doesn't need parenting.

Can't wait if/when Lowry and 'Squid' play together. We'll put this thread to test if/when Lowry makes plays for T.Will

    Like Avery "Little General" Johnson?

I don't think Lowry meant to send any message to Williams at all. He just meant to praise Adelman for being a great coach.

Gosh, people are really uptight about a thread that's clearly a JOKE.

Anyway, I would love for someone to tweet Kyle asking him if he likes squid. Might be funny to see if he responds to such a random question.

Judging by Kyle's body, I'm sure he likes squid, preferably deep fried with tartar sauce and bacon.
