He spent the weekend with some doctors who adored his ability to apply lipstick by sticking the tube in his bra cleavage? Then the princess gets banned?

I never thought the day would come where Manny would be the less embarrassing player in an argument.

Fatty was taken to task for saying that he didn't "find the humor" in the opening post but in the last 2 months or so, he has posted offensive remarks about the Challenger explosion and the earthquake in New Zealand. He got called out by several people that his post in this thread was hypocritical considering what he has posted in the past. And he didn't like it.

With that being said, I'll be the first person to freely admit that I am not perfect and I have had my share of embarrassing moments on this board. I probably should have been banned several times but I have been fortunate that it did not occur. I have learned from past experiences that you should stand up for yourself if someone calls you out or backs you in a corner, but you have to do it in a way that doesn't get vicious or over the top. I try to use facts with Fatty and criticize his behavior, not who he is as a person. Calling someone a "drunk ass" when that person has been known to brag about being drunk (and even being on the road drunk) is different than calling someone a "weak f***er", if you get my point.

I just pointed out how his behavior on "jokes" was hypocritical and he called me a "loser" about 3 times, said I was a joke of a human being, made light of my situation of being unemployed, called me a "weak f***er" (mentioned above), called my wife a "broad", claimed I didn't lose my virginity until I was 35 (which is not true at all, I was probably 28 and it was to a woman who is NOT my wife but then that is none of his business or anyone else), implied my marriage is one of all lust and sex when that is also not true, etc.

It does not bother me to be called a "loser" - hell, we are all losers to a degree for spending so much of our lives here. But he stepped over the line when he got personal with my wife and used the profanity mentioned above on me. Yet, I am not the only person he has been this way to - he said something awful about Batman Jones' girlfriend and also has made a derogatory remark about Jeff's girlfriend. Clearly, he has a pattern of behavior that is offensive towards people and the people they love.

Omega said that we should just forget the past and not constantly bring up past posts. I agree with that sentiment; however, there is one problem about that: Fatty does NOT think he has a problem. So the past keeps being brought up to him because he keeps repeating his mistakes ("Those who fail to learn from their past mistakes are doomed to repeat them.") I mean he even brags about it in his last post with his doctor buddies who said that his lack of "filter" is refreshing. And if you can't admit you have a problem, there will never be a solution. So, I would not expect him to change anytime soon. He is like Jack Nicholson's character in "As Good As It Gets" - he is going to say whatever is on his mind, regardless of how it makes others feel. And if it offends people, then that makes it even better.

But that type of attitude gets old after awhile. Sure, it is fun to see the meltdowns and the guy getting owned by everyone on this board. Yet it is getting to the point that it is happening so much and so frequently, that it has played itself out, IMO. I guess if you are involved with it, you have a different take compared to being an outsider looking in.

I'm sure he will be back and he will probably continue to provide hijinx for many people on this board. But not for me.

Sorry for the long post but I guess you have your answer, Vanity.

Banned again? Dammit, doesn't Clutch realize that Fatty doesn't have a "filter?" HE DOESN'T HAVE A "FILTER!"

That's the precise reason he's so adored by all the doctors he deals with. Especially those in lake houses.

This has been fun. It sucks my idol got banned. I guess I'll go away for a little while until they let him back in. The board is just not the same without his charming wit and hilariously appropriate topical jokes.

Or maybe I can find someone else to worship? anyone want to take me under their wing as an understudy?

Something interesting that I just noticed with this new software (at least that is what I am assuming here): if you go back and look at every one of Fatty's posts in this thread, you will notice something missing - the option to give him feedback. Maybe if you are banned, that option disappears?
