2000's = Derivative. Lets revive the 80's so we can have retro dress up parties to look cool on Myspace. Also 2000's = We tired of mainstream not representing the good music. Lets REMOVE ourselves AWAY from it toward indie sounds. (2 Weeks later) OMG whats this MAINSTREAM garbage they have now? Okay so we intentionally removed our interests from it, thereby enabling the vacated space to get occupied by even more mainstream...We REFUSED to maintain the mainstream (so we can download to our heart's content), but still UUUGH.

Wow, I had completely forgot about The Vines -- I think I have a couple of their albums. I know they had a few songs that were really good.

In his defense I remember being on lots of drugs and I seem to think it was AFTER 9/11... we were really tore up and I was saying to myself how impressed I was with Alice dejays other songs besides the better off alone song... maybe it was just the moment and maybe it was before 9/11.. I havent listened to her since that day. I say we let alice dejay in since 2000's are a little empty anyway
It was released in 1999 but has a specific sound which is late 90s to early 2000s eurodance mixed with a trance element.
