I wonder if the interwebs had existed back in the day what would have people said about wilt or jordan before they won. Statistically those are the only two players to put stats at LBJ's level.

LeBron said he felt like a lot of the blame was on him and told team in locker room he "won't keep failing them."

You must have slept through the last five years while Lebron's team was advancing past the first round every year (and winning a total of eight playoff series).

    Lebron since all star break

    6 games, 28 points, 56% FG, 8 rebs, 5 Assists, 1.2 steals, 1. 2 blocks.

    Today 26 points, 8 rebs, 6 assists, 10/18 FG

    MVP BABY MVY!!!!!

    Record in that stretch? 2-5

Such unfreakingbelieveable stats look at that, his teammates don't deserve such greatness as their leader

It's clear at this point that the Heat need at least three more superstars. I wonder if Lebron and friends will be willing to take a pay cut in order to acquire the additional superstars.

I totally agree, why does GM's always surround his greatness with scrubs, I mean come on, he obviously needs Dirk or Pau Gasol at PF instead of Bosh, and Derrick Rose at point guard, and a prime Hakeem at center..

It's never LeBron's fault. He is a basketball god, after all...

Haha true can't blame Lebron, he still has 2 positions on the roster not filled with current all stars.

yah, but even then the Lebron Jock strap lovers would still say he needs at least 1 all-star 6th man.

    and Phil Jackson as coach..

you know/?? cause MJ and Kobe both got Phil... Lebron should get him too

    HA

In east, where his 7 out of 8 series coming from below 50 wins teams. How's his record against 50 wins team? 1W5L. He'd be lucky to pass first round in west.

-_- i was being sarcastic to show how empty Lebron's stats are. He's still putting up MVP like numbers and yet his team is on pace to lose more games than he did with a supposedly "inferior" roster from the last 2 years

he will pull through man. i hope he experiences this pain now, and that will make him a tougher basketball player down the road.

this is the first time i've seen him in his career admit failure in front of his teammates publicly like that. great to see.

Probably because prior to this he felt like his team was letting him down (ORLANDO SERIES!!!!!!) and now since he sees a locker room with guys who have experienced some form of success without him he feels obligated to lead them properly and he doesnt feel like he is doing that. While I think they will lose at least 2 more before winning a game. I the long run i think it will work out some kinks.

However part of me thinks that they will get the knicks in the first round and possibly get bounced from the playoffs. Amare would own bosh so hard!

could not agree more, and the one year where he finally made it to the finals he got swept by a west team...

if a west team drafted Lebron, I doubt he would advance past the second round
