Hey, I wonder if anyone has recently bought any items on whateversports.com? I just bought Houston Texans, Houston Rockets, and Houston Astros banners, then later I just found out that there are a lot of complaints reported about that company (lack of communication, delivery took too long, etc.) I didnt know the issues about that company until after I have bought the items. With the experience that anyone got items via the delivery before, can anyone of you can tell me the estimate how long the delivery will take, because the confirmation e-mail didnt show tracking number and order status? Thanks.
"Whatever" normally is a word for apathy, so if they take too long they already advertised their commitment to service and quality.

I purchased a Rockets hard hat and watch a few weeks ago, delivery actually arrived on time, so dont think they are crappy...the thing about consumer reports is the same with any reporting agency in the fact that they only really write a review to tell a bad experience. Working in an industry that works close with logistics and shipping I can tell you that no week is ever perfect. We have orders that enter and leave well before, or after, their respected dates. As far as dealing with their customer service I have had no complaints as I never really had to deal with them post transaction. Give them some time, if they are unsatisfactory please do your part in adding to their complaint list...its the only way they will ever improve. Good luck!
