    No, I believe it was for anyone. It wasn't really announced until a few minutes before it went onsale though.

    You didn't have to be in a club or anything, you just had to constantly be watching their site because it was totally random. Although I didn't find out until about 30 mins after they went on sale, I kept trying for an hour and was finally able to pull up 2 pit tickets.

    Heading to Austin for the free Strokes show in March then coming back to GRB for Tiesto.

    Going to Austin again in April to see Holy Ghost! and Cut Copy.

    Got a SXSW wristband this year and taking 2 days off, so I plan on seeing ALOT of shows.

    As for next week, I'm going to see Clutch and the one and only.....

    planning on it but haven't even looked at the parties... i usually just meet up w some of my hip ausitn friends and go whereever they take me.

    and of course i'll be seeing the strokes free show at aud shores.

    Grabbed two pretty decent seats for Arcade Fire. Guess it'll do. If I do find a deal on pit tickets between now and hten though I'm jumping on it.

    also kings of leon are playing a free concert on discovery green on April 2nd. Apparently they are having some festival deal on the 1st-3rd to celebrate the final four being held in Houston. Kings of Leon are the top headliner, no one else announced yet. I hate the Kings of Leon's last two albums, but hey it is free and on a Saturday

    I saw Holy Ghost and Cut Copy @Stubbs a couple weeks ago. BAD AZZZ!

    EDC in Dallas in June right after I come back from Barcelona. I'm trying to find a show over there.

    Saw Danzig at Stubb's last Friday which was so awesome. He has one of the best vocals in rock and still puts on an amazing show. Seeing Cavalera Conspiracy this friday at Emo's. The band has the orginal lead singer and drummer of Sepultura, the Cavalera brothers. Can't wait to see them play....
