These type of losses just let ya know that the rockets are an ok team. You definitely gotta win these type of games even if its a back to back.

Clippers are 17-15 at home, tough loss but not an embarrassing defeat considering all the circumstances.

Wow, really? Really? It was obvious that playing 4 games in 5 nights made them tired. I'm proud that they played tough and didn't fold when they could have just let it go when they went down 11 in the 4th. If Martin just made one more of his jump shots, we may have stolen this thing. His shot was just off from his lack of legs.

They were riding a 5-game losing streak, and tonight was Eric Gordon's first time to suit up in over a month.

Any sane basketball fan would have put their money on a red-hot Rockets squad tonight.

Even with this loss, there is no turning back now. We won way too many games to get a decent draft pick in this awfully weak draft class. Playoffs or nothing.

Lowry did seem like he was ballhogging, but think he was recognizing everyone else was tired. Still glad this guy is on the Rox

You know Lowry is becoming a good player when he scores 24 points and has 10 assist with NO to's and he is still getting blamed. Ifyou want to blame someone, blame Brad's defense or Martins off night, or Scolas lack of defensive effort. Oh wait, we forgot Bud too who is as soft as a marshmallow. Other Rockets teams would crap on our front lines because we are soft soft soft. Saying that. I think playoffs is in reach. Keep it up guys.

Good fight, even though it goes down as a loss. The guys looked tired as hell. Still almost beat the clippys.

thats what you have to love about clutchfans.. everyone here thinks they are rockets superfans, they know more than you, your love for the rockets fails in comparison to theirs.. . also complaining about a loss means you are a fair weather fan..

    post count = rockets knowledge
year registered = how devoted you are to the rockets..

Tough loss... Fourth game in five nights against a young, fresh, talented team. They'll start a new win-streak on Saturday. :)

Not to mention we just lost a starter and 6th man, and got back a 6th man and a 15th.

Clippers had 6 blocks and it was hard for our guys to post up against Jordan.

Obvious but, what do your purpose for the last plays? Martin can't play 1on1 over dribble.

I say more Scola, but it's not easy to find him down the stretch, and he suffers against intense defenses...

I honestly think that TWill could help us at these situations, 1on1 / 2on2 is his better strength... But I mean a confident TWill, not this Twill, logically.

I agree. I cant tell Adelman to put in Twill, Patterson, Goran Dragic more though. They had too much size and kept tipping it in over our heads. Same weakness pops up when our team has no legs or energy for some nights. Then the tips and tip ins start to happen. Offensive rebounds. Its a size issue showing up again.
