I'm guessing he is primarily a father in name only. He has five kids who grew up raised by their Moms and he has them over when it suits him. Having his kids taken away probably won't faze him. He barely sees them anyway. More time to do what his ego wants.
um a restraining order after a death threat against brooke? what is going on? i feel awful for the twins. their mother is a drug addict as well...apprently she is in day rehab for substance abuse. i watched the 20/20 last night. i couldn't believe he has a six pack abs. I totally thought he was on something while working out. nobody is that ENERGETIC at 5:30am.
That sucks for the kids/mom, but you imply Charlie has a problem. Chuck blinked and cured his addiction, remember? I think it is awesome that he has that kind of will power. I firmly believe in his saying "trying is the cancer of happen." And "bi-winning."
I'll settle for my 30+ years of a stable marriage, a steady job for 35+ years, no drugs in my system, good friends and grandkids.

Funny, seems like we used to like musicians for their music and actors for their acting. What's with the "Cult of Personality"? Boy, Living Color really hit that on the head. Kardashian sisters, Twitter king Kutchner (2nd rate actor), Sheen, Gaga, Bieber- what a pathetic commentary on our society. Thank God for people like Edward Norton Jr. and groups like Arcade Fire who take their craft seriously and earn recognition for their art. Seriously, I would venture to say that many fans of Pink Floyd don't know details about the band members and don't really give two s**ts anyhow- would David Gilmour being a "cool guy" make Dark Side of the Moon any better or worse? Hell f**king no. Some of this nonsense started with American Idol and reality TV. "I like (Insert Name of Singer Who Will Most Likely Be Forgotten About) for their music and their wonderful personality!!!" I could be accused of being an old fart who doesn't appreciate contemporary society, except for the fact that there ARE great musicians, actors, and artists out there for whom we don't give a frog's fat a** what they eat for breakfast or who they're currently doing. Screw Sheen, Screw Gaga, Screw Bieber (BTW, I actually listened to samples of his songs for the first time yesterday out of curiosity- they are BAD!!!
