Lowry literally tore the Blazers apart. He just did to Blazers what Brooks during the playoff a couple of years ago, except this time he not only scores, but dishes and plays defense as well. And PPat was there at the end of the game, he looks to be alright. JHill with NO playing time. He has fallen so far.
First time at .500 for 30 games! 2 of the best games of the season back to back! 5 game win streak! Things are chaging and not a moment too soon.
Team is clicking to an incredible level with a little addition by subtraction (Hi Aaron!!!). This is what an Adelman team was supposed to look like from the beginning. Next stop: Houston Rockets - winning team.
.500, baby! Easily the most satisfying victory of the season. The Dragon was out of sync -- I know he's only played 2 games in Red, but he appears to have very poor ball handling skills for a floor general. Plus, the fact that he racked up 4 fouls in only 6 minutes of action was unsettling. Is there a more capable backup 2-guard in the league than Courtney Lee? He banged down a tip-slam, knocked down a couple of timely 3-balls, and played superb perimeter defense. I hope he's here for the long haul. Lowry channeled his inner bulldog, and ate Andre Miller alive. Every time Portland looked like they were going to crawl back in to the game, Lowry orchestrated an offensive surge to kick the Blazers back to the curb. Also, 2Pat smashed down a ferocious put-back dunk on Miller's head. Young fella's a certified monster around the cup.
