Do you think Josh Smith could fit with the Rockets and fill our defensive void?

Not sure if he is the "it" guy the Rockets need. He is playing out of his mind, and the T'Wolves still suck. He is a nice player, but we really need a superstar.

We already have two pfs, no need for another one. Besides, Love is as one dimensional as Kevin Martin, he plays awful defense and his scoring %s are mediocre for a big man. People just don't notice it because he rebounds do damn much.

Perhaps we could package Scola? And doesn't Love play center often anyway?

We'd have ZZ Top Beyonce AND the Monkeys in the front row. Thats a great lineup there.

No way Minny trades him at this point. He's a monster rebounder and decent interior presence on defense, and I think he would be a good fit on the Rockets, but I don't see the Wolves parting with him. They're going to build around him, not trade him away.

His FG% is relatively low because he takes so many three pointers (his 3P% is excellent by the way). A better measurement of his efficiency is his true shooting percentage (TS%) which is fantastic at .599. For comparison, Martin, the epitome of efficient scoring, has a .613 TS% this season.

I agree right up to the part where the Lakers somehow get him.

He is from UCLA and David Stern will need someone to carry the LA market.

If Love was that good, the timberwolves would win more games. Plain and simple.

If Love is your best player, you aren't winning any championships. If he is your second best, preferably 3rd...now we're talking.

Because when you rebuild you cannot simply have all rookies/sophomores for your entire roster. You need veterans on the team to help tutor the rookies, and help them progress.

Monte Ellis i think is the guy we need, we need a star and nothing happening in Golden State for them to keep him.

I don't know why people always make these silly arguments. Supporting cast matters. It matters a lot. By your logic I guess the NBA should just fire all the players except the superstars and make every game 1v1. Kobe vs LeBron, go!

No cus he's the power forward/center version of Kevin Martin.

Not that he isn't a damn good player or rebounder, but he isn't that guy who'll take a team to the next level.

Nooooo thanks his shot selection is like Ron Artest's x 10000000

Yea it is. Tim Duncan did it for years, not to mention Garnett used to be a super-freak. How long have you been watching basketball?
