How am I a troll idiot. I own an iPad and some other Apple products. Typical Apple fanboy calling everyone a troll because they don't like hearing any true negative facts about the products. If can't figure out my statement about being a hypocrite then don't even bother.
What's the point of getting it when another better one will be out in a year or so?? Maybe they will do the typical Apple....put out a device and then re-release with features that shouldve been there in the first place months later.......They are fun to play around on and I love Mac computers but most people have no need for this and seem to get them cause they are "cool." Are they open-sourced???

I don't mind about hearing negative facts. I was talking about the constant trolling of propaganda and opinions, not facts, from the usual suspects every time there is a thread discussing anything apple, and called it petty. I'm pretty sure I've got the one troll pony show figured out, thanks. I hope that clears it up for you.
So, to try and get the thread back on track, here's some of the rumors going around about the new revision. These are various tech blogs and such, which means they might be on to something or completely and totally wrong. Agree with everything you posted. But, throughout the 80s and 90s, Apple-lovers never missed a chance to sling arrows towards us PC users. They were some arrogant jerks for 20 years, so I can understand a little apple hate.
So you bought a first generation product based on what you heard (and you didn't hear it from Apple) it might eventually have and, more than likely, in order to implement it, you would have to jailbreak the iPad - another thing that you didn't know if you would be able to do. Again , this is for a product from a company you seem to absolutely hate and relish denigrating every chance you get. Hey, the new iPad 2 MIGHT implement Flash. At the very least, perhaps you can jailbreak it or use some 3rd party vendor to use Flash. Now that I said that, will you be buying an iPad 2?
Actually... the memory was never downgraded. The iPad got screwed when it came out only a few months before the iPhone 4. The first gen iPad had 256 MB of RAM, while the iPhone 4 had 512 MB of RAM. So, it's really an upgrade... but I would agree that this deserves 1 gig of RAM. The thing about RAM is that it really depends on the OS. IOS has it's limitations and it doesn't have true multitasking... so 512 MB of RAM will be more than enough for a device like that. I would've preferred they put 1 gig just because there are other tablets with the same price range that will have a gig of RAM.
You know it's a load of **** when he provided Skyfire and Frash as examples. Frash is a jailbroken fail of Flash... developed by a user, so it's not going to be flash... and it doesn't really work with many sites. Skyfire only converts vids from Flash to HTML5 and then plays them on that quicktime player that iOS has. It doesn't really support flash... that's primarily the reason it was accepted into the Apple App Store. Steve Jobs has already said and said this long before the iPad came out that they would not be supporting Flash. They even said things to criticize Adobe. There's no way in hell an app or anything of that sort gets accepted into the App Store. And if you jailbreak your phone, you'll need a group of geniuses to replicate full Flash and insert it into iOS. All in all, a load of ****. This guy has the worst excuses. I suggest you just ignore his posts.
they might as well kill the ipod touch if they are selling it for $399 Companies might as well give up if it's at that starting price. Moto Xoom with honey comb is like $700.
Ok r****d, what's my excuses? Since Flash is open to other Mac products what's wrong with giving people a choice to have Flash on the iPad or mobile products until they get HTML5 out the door? We all know Flash kinda suck but until it get replaced so at least give the people what they want at the moment. Is it that hard? If I have known full well that Flash couldn't be ported onto this I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Same thing I haven't bought into the Android and Windows 7 Phone yet because I've learn my lesson from Apple.
