Glad to hear AB had a good game! I'll always be a fan, except when he's playing against the Rocks. It would have been interesting, to say the least, hearing the conversations between Adelman and Morey before this went down. Adelman really liked Brooks.

3/8 isn't anything to write home about.

Although, I really like the color Dark Red, I didn't realize it annoys so many people. I guess its kinda weird that I was the only one doing that lol so I will change it.

    GO GO ROCKETS !!!

That would not shock me either since the Kings have been intrigued by him for a long time...

Am. so. impressed. I found a bunch of his TO >AST games too. A whole bunch. Should I post each of those?

My only point was to slap the idiots coming on here to post after six minutes of a Brooks appearance, while also jizzing on themselves about our new scrub point guard (who will "replace Lowry OMG!" next year.)

It's just so ****ing stupid most of us can't stand it anymore.

But yeah, am looking forward to the ascension of the long-hidden amazing player that is Dragic. I'm sure he was 2nd in balloting for MIP a couple of years ago.

It's been said a million times but addition by subtraction. We lose the Hornets game if AB plays. Period.

Lowry deserves 35 minutes a game. We could have traded AB for peanuts and I couldn't have cared less. I'm more than happy with the first round pick we obtained in the deal.

One day, Bobby Simmons won a MIP.
Dragic is a good player, it´s hard to have good opportunities behind Nash.
Brooks wasn't helping us, we were not re-signing him, and we also caught a 1st pick. It was a very good move that will help us now and in the future.

3/8 isn't good but he was 2/3 from 3. Stats don't tell the whole story, nash was 3/15.

According to suns fans AB is clearly a huge upgrade over dragic and actually find the Pg pair each team has funny, nash/ab vs lowry/dragic.

I think it's kind of funny that Morey doesn't seem to care about trading guys within the conference, even the division. I was dreading it every time Carl Landry came in the game the other night in New Orleans. I am not looking forward to facing Brooks in Phoenix. I'm even worried about the Battier karma coming back to bite us in the ass when we play the Grizz. Of course I understand that these guys are not superstars, but they are quality players who give 100% and will be seriously on their game against us; with a vengeance.

Yeah, I'm kinda curious to watch Battier play against us. I'm assuming he'd be matched up against Martin. It'd be interesting to watch.

Good Dragic sighting against the Blazers. Despite a 0.5 ATO ratio, and some fouls, he really got his teammates involved.

We won't be saying Battier this year.

    I guarantee it.

I'm just glad to see AB appreciated by the fans over in Phoenix. I hope he can make the best of his fresh start.

If you haven't yet, check out the GM interview over at the phoenix suns video page. Their GM is a straight talker it seems, I like him a lot, and he says some interesting things.

This post will not add value to the thread or forum at all, but I just want to put my opinion on record. Aaron Brooks was my favorite player, & I believe it was a big mistake to let him go. I think he can be something special, and he should not be judged by this injury-plagued season.....

decided to watch the phx game just to get an idea if i was right about the problem. AB has barely practiced with them and is fitting right in. 6/7 tpday 2/3 from 3 and 17 points and dished out 7 assists.

Surprisingly nash played really well. Probably a matchup issue because they played boston , and rondo bests nash on that end while AB beats rondo on the speed side.

not only that but he was clearly the best player on the floor, suns were getting raped down 29 and he leads them on a 22-2 run by breaking the Celtics defense down. And his passing game looked better than it has all year. Don't really balme gentry for subbing nash back in even though eh was playing bad but they could have won it.

Unfortunately, he didn't shoot us out of the game in the 4th or pick up a stupid technical foul in crunch time like your boy was so fond of doing.

Please let this go. You know basketball better than the elementary understanding you keep displaying when it comes to our former midget PG.

i love when people bring up brooks all they can say is midget pg, the haters hate extends far beyond his game.

He is better than lowry and dragic period. I don't know why people fail to understand that. Brooks obviously had a bad season due to circumstances but he is the proven player who blossomed just in his 2nd season. Lowry couldn't make it past Mike Con. in memphis and we will be paying for this stupid trade soon.

God the suns are laughing so hard at you as you try to somehow make dragic look better.
