Ok, I'm sure this is a stupid question, but it's bothering me.... If EVERYONE knows about his drug abuse and that he's doing it, how does he get away with it? Couldn't they get a search warrant for his home, and if they find drugs send him off to jail? How is he able to flat out say he's doing drugs (although now he says he's "cleansed" himself of that) and not face any charges? Pugs
Great. Nothing like sh!tting on the constitution so average joe can feel safe and satisfied. Who cares if he does drugs and "gets away with it?"
I don't really care if he gets away with it or not, I'm just curious how he's been able to do it with everything gone public and him flat out admitting to it. Pugs
How do they "know," exactly? Anyhoo, good luck getting a judge to sign off on that. You didn't google it, did you?

Here's the one I looked up: The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. Search and arrest should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to the issuing court, usually by a law enforcement officer, who has sworn by it. So basically you can walk up to a cop and tell him you're going to get high at your house, and there's nothing he can do about it? Pugs
What? I'm a one and only. You have a strange way of hitting on men, and to be blunt, I'm out of your league. You might see a twink bear dynamic between us in your fantasies with me calling all the shots, but I only do ladies. Maybe in another life. "THE SHEEN" has done no such thing though. we only found out about the suitcase of coke after it was already 'blown'. unless the cops have a delorian and some plutonium i dont think they can retroactively get him on any 'alleged' suitcase of cocaine. and he now claims he is clean, so they cant just come over and demand to search his house. and maybe a lawyer can chime in here, but i bet you could walk up to a cop and tell him you are going home to get high and there is nothing he can do about it. if you are dumb enough to do that you probably deserve to be arrested or at least searched, but legally im not sure what they can do there. maybe if you went up and said you had illegal drugs in your pocket they could search, but telling them you are going home to get high is a different story. and the reality is that most cops arent going to bother following you home to see if you follow through.
alex jones was on the view of all places, to discuss his epic interview w/ "THE SHEEN". it was almost as entertaining as "THE SHEEN" interviews. say what you will about jones, but he is very good at what he does. he knew he had 6 minutes and he utilized every second - those chicks couldnt get a word in - whoopi even said "you talk too fast for me honey". he was able to plug infowars.com about 5 or 6 times. he basically took over their show for a segment. the last minute or so gets really wild - jones starts going off on how at least sheen didnt kill 1 million iraqis like bush and turn this country into a police state. the audience starts booing, barbara walters looks frustrated and at the end alex laughs and gives two thumbs up. i think he did exactly what he wanted. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/YZ81JLhTIG0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Hey, power to him on doing whatever he wants- drugs, sex, crazy times. The only thing that's wrong is that he shouldn't let it affect his work. Whether you like the show or not, it's a popular show that many people count as their favorite, and he's letting many of those people down. That's the only unfortunate thing, because he is pretty funny on that show. I could care less what he does with his personal life. I'll date myself with this example, but look at the situation with William Frawley, the actor who played Fred on I Love Lucy. He was a big-time alcoholic and was basically banned in Hollywood because of this. He pleaded with Desi Arnaz for the part of Fred, and Desi relented because he knew he was talented, with the only stipulation being that if he (Frawley) ever showed up on the set drunk, they would fire him on the spot and write him out of the show. For 6 years, routine was the same- filmed the show from 9 to 5, went to a bar immediately after shooting, got semi-plastered but not enough to be drunk the next day on the set, and got to stay on the show. To be fair, the 2 1/2 Men has been on for many years- but still, it's not right for him to bring the show down with his irresponsible behavior. He should be apologizing to his many fans rather than ranting and raving about being mistreated and misunderstood. No gun to the head, Charlie- it's all on you.
