I was going to say for delivery, but from what I've seen the best places don't deliver. But major points are awarded if you know of a great place that does deliver.

My personal favorite is Hong Kong Chef on Bissonnet @ Rice in Bellaire. Best egg foo young in town, and I've yet to have a bad dish there.

They also sell their soups by the quart for under 4 bucks.

I think you mean ON Bellaire. That place is in Chinatown.

If Egg Foo Young is your standard for Chinese food you aren't going to find many good Chinese places.

It's reopening in April despite my best efforts to destroy it.

What do you suggest, then? I just happen to like egg foo young, but so few places can make it with any quality.

Egg Foo Young isn't an actual Chinese dish.

Canton Seafood on Shepherd at Richmond was the best place, but sadly they're long gone. :(

Tan Tan - a sentimental favorite
Que Huong - Not Chinese (Vietnamese), but it's my hands down favorite

    All in the Chinatown area.

    Mind not blown.

It is based on a Shanghai dish but it is not an actual Chinese dish. Your own link says that.

Its like saying I found a great Texas restaurant in Chicago. It has chili that is so full of beans.
